The restroom is located in the waiting area. Plenty of spaces to park, so you can't ask for more. This Preston location is open 24 hours a day.

Now for the fun stuff: Dr. Walton has been my family's dentist for over ten years, and we all would be lost without him. That's saying a lot coming from a former military family, 20 years of finding new dentists, barely getting to know the staff's names before moving on to another adventure...and new dentists. Dr Walton made us feel like we had finally come home, and we have no intention of leaving! He has taken excellent care of my troublesome teeth (grew up drinking well water & never heard of fluoride until my son was in school! Plagued by thin enamel!), my military man's "ready to deploy" teeth, & my sister who has Traumatic Brain Injury (causing memory losses & confusion compounded by communication challenges)'s teeth. Throughout it all, I have never felt rushed or ignored by him; he has always made each of us feel as though we were the only patient in his life at the moment. That's particularly important with my sister who can sometimes make those of us who love her want to scream; many people just can't cope with her, but I never once heard even a slight irritation or sigh of impatience in his voice. Dr Walton is opening his own private practice, Walton Family Dentistry, in Bardstown, and we are so excited! He will do great as an independent businessman as he will always be a "patient first" doctor and just doesn't fit in a "puppy mill" atmosphere. He is a good man, who obviously loves his family (His wife, Stephanie the Dental Technician, is terrific, too!) and is deeply committed to improving his community. You simply can't find a better dentist than Dr Walton...and that comes from a woman who's tried dentists halfway around the world !!

Knowing I didn't need an X-ray the problem was obvious. But I got blindsided by payment. Right before Christmas at that. My husband and I will never be back. They could have informed me beforehand of pricing, or insurance issues. I'm so disappointed in this place. $80 for 12 mins. Smh. **Update 12/20/19. They call, NOT ME. But my husband to I guess see how they can address the issue.. first off they could of called me. Second refund. Third check with peoples insurances before having them go back.

On an afternoon, I rushed home to take a conference call. Running in the house I through my bags down and raced upstairs to get out of business attire to change into a more Comfortable outfit, shorts and t-shirt. When bending down to grab my shorts...OH NO! A pain like other. My back was thrown out. I dropped to my knees and crawled down my steps. 5 hours later my hubby came home and took me to the ER we were debating whether to go to the urgent care or ER. Since I literally could not sit in car long, we opted to come here. My hubby dropped me at the curbs me my kiddo ran in to get a wheelchair. The registration is as soon as you walk in. The note on counter 30 minute ER pledge. So the goal is to get you back in the room in 30 mins. Check in was super speed, And great for the mean old lady doubled over in extreme pain. Pain that caused sweat and tears. I waited maybe 15 minutes to be called back. They took my vitals, my blood pressure is usually lower or perfect, today it was high due to the pain happening. I was in a room for about an hour and 15 minutes before the doctor came in. Super friendly guy and listened to me and did an exam. Our plan was a morphine shot and then sent home with meds and lots of rest. My nurse Tara was amazing! She was so patient with me when maneuvering me in the bed for shots or taking care of my kiddo while my hubby helped me to the restroom. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the service from the doctor and especially Tara. I have being a patient especially a needy one like I was tonight. At home, I'm much better, now you can see why no pictures happened. This girl was a 9 out of 10 on the pain scale. I grew up here and this hospital has gotten a bad wrap, not sure why I was pleased. Be sure to bring a charger most phone have limited cell service and it will drain your battery.

I fell on my hip about 7-8 months ago, and although I didn't break anything, the pain has often been unbearable. My neck pain consistently remains around a level seven. When I met with Dr. Eriksen, he adjusted my neck, and I was amazed that the headache I had been experiencing for months disappeared immediately. After the adjustment, I returned to work, and my back pain was completely relieved. I am so impressed with Dr. Eriksen that I plan to refer him to everyone I know. I'm looking forward to my upcoming visits because he is excellent! Thank you, Dr. Eriksen!

They have helped me on so many levels worked with my insurance and pointed me in the right direction to help get my all my probs from personal accident insurance and my auto claim addressed and the so many other steps in the right direction. The chiro services are extremely great. They have three different tables, and adjustment is definitely helping, and the doctor is super friendly down to earth professional and has been super understanding and helpful service in and out pretty quick too
