CHI St. Joesph is great. They don't take walk-ins anymore but they are really good. They take their time and are thorough.

A couple of months ago my boyfriends finger got smashed at work. He came to this place and they told him his finger was broke, so they sent us to Louisville ER just for them to tell us that it was not broke!. Do not recommend this place at all!!! read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I signed up for Yelp solely to write this review, that's how awful my experience was. Didn't have any interaction with the real doctors here, so I can't speak to their care, but the office staff was very rude and claimed I didn't have an appointment when I actually did. I waited over 2 hours before being seen. Nurse practitioners were extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Their inexperience cost me a great opportunity, and when asked for copies of my paperwork the next day for proof, the office staff claimed that the results were not recorded and refused to provide me, the patient, with a copy of anything for record, effectively covering their tracks. Avoid this place at all costs until they can hire nurse practitioners who didn't get their degrees from questionable sources and office staff who actually care about their job and don't just show up for a paycheck. read more

On my first visit the office staff were rude and unfriendly. There was a very long wait time to be brought back for my appointment. Once in the back, the nurse practitioner, triage nurse and lab staff were friendly. My second visit went much better. I am only giving 2 stars because it is impossible to reach anyone by phone for questions. Every time I have gotten an answering machine and calls are not returned. read more
