This place is great for regular checkups & immunizations, just not when your child is actually sick. A couple of the receptionist/nurses are very rude & unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend. read more

Grossly incompetent and unqualified to work with patients who have mental health disorders such as autism. At a recent visit my son became overwhelmed and started to have a meltdown. Not one member of the staff, including the doctor, had the slightest clue how to handle it. At one time they had a doctor who was pretty good dealing with situations like this, but unfortunately she is no longer with them. read more

Brought my son to dr at 1pm today. He still has pneumonia (brought him last week and they obviously didn't give him a strong enough medicine) my husband got off at 4 went to pick up medicine. They had never called it in. He waited 45 mins. Bardstown pediatrics told the pharmacy to call them so they could give them his prescriptions over phone. Husband got home and called the pharmacy to see when they would be ready. Bardstown pediatrics never answered the pharmacies call and they are now closed. My son has to run a fever with junk in his lungs even longer because they don't know how to send in prescriptions. Will be switching doctors. So sad what used to be a good doctors office is ruined by the Bardstown staff. read more
