We have gotten several trees and bushes from them over the years and have been pleased with our purchases. Customer service is top notch and professionalism is A1 if you choose for them to come out and plant your selections. When they planted our trees they did a very good and clean job. Everything is hand dug, so no machinery going through your yard tearing up grass. We have also found that their prices are less then or equivalent to the big box stores and they seem to offer a better product also. We have even sat down with the owner Burl, showed him pictures of our blank landscaping and he recommended the best options for us. Something you just don't get at the big box stores. Bought an stihl MS271 in December. Started acting up a few months ago. Brought it in. Said it ran…read morefine and kinda made me feel like I was out of line for brining it in to be honest, and were quite dismissive. Put it in some wood a couple days later. Barely made it through a tank a fuel before it quit. Brought it back. Saw was under warranty. They agreed is wasn't running correctly. They were a bit nicer but sent me away with some fuel and said good luck. They failed to contact Stihl. Saw is now in the trash, literally. Can't get through a half tank of premium fuel. Out 500 and change. Switching brands and shops. Did appreciate the fuel though. Super disappointed.
