He is almost 11 years old and not a fan of being groomed. I have found many groomers unwilling to groom large dogs or will only groom a few large dogs a month. My pup passed on Saturday and they opened on Sunday just for me to bring her and make arrangements and they didn't charge anything additional. Tony was respectful, knowledgeable and made the process painless. The prices vary on the package, but I felt they were reasonable. I dropped her off on Sunday and they had her remains ready on Monday afternoon. That was a quick turnaround compared to when I previously did this for one of my other pups at a different location. Lienna greeted us when we went to pick up the remains and she, like Tony, was very knowledgeable and kind. Lienna was also willing to wait an additional hour after closing to ensure we were able bring our pups remains back home. I would give the company a 5 out of 5 star rating based on the professionalism, empathy/sympathy, knowledge and overall respect and kindness. I would recommend others to go here during their time of need for their pet family and I would return too should I find myself needing to care for my pets remains.
