This is a great little local business. I was in need of a last minute trophy and these guys saved me. They assemble and engrave everything to order so normally it takes 2-3 days to turn purchases around, but since I was buying a small, simple trophy they were able to put it together and engrave it while I was waiting. My friend Justin decided he was going to award his parents with a massive trophy for their wedding anniversary, and as we were driving to get some lunch, he insisted that we stop at this place. The store owners were nice enough, having to help Justin as he contemplated every option available for his masterpiece. I'm sure we spent over an hour in the store. I called in yesterday with a last minute request for trophies for my volleyball team. I really thought there was no chance of this happening but threw up a Hail-Mary anyway. Wow. Why can't all businesses be this way? The lady who took my call (I'm really sorry, I wrote down your name but now I can't find it but you are amazing!) ran into the stock room to see what they had on hand in my price range that would fit my needs. She gave me several options to choose from and assured me they could have it done by today at 3pm when I got off work. I was so happy with the help she gave me. SO HAPPY. I called her at 9:30 on Thursday morning. Friday morning, I got a phone call at about 10:30 letting me know that my trophies were done hours before promised. I could pick them up on lunch!!! And I did. The guy who helped me pulled my order form, got my box of trophies, made sure it was what I wanted, and sent me on my way. Bardy's went above and beyond for my small $50 order. If that's the case for a rush client not spending much money, I can only imagine that they would treat everyone with such a high level of customer service. I walked out of the store, looked at my guy and said "I'm going straight back to the office and writing them a good review. That's the best experience I've had in a long time." This place is great! I needed a rush job to be done just 2 days prior to our golf tournament. I called around to different trophy stores in the area, but no one had much inventory on hand for such a short turnaround ~ I was running out of options... Then I called Bardy Trophy and Colista answered and energetically told me that they had options and that I should come in to take a look. They had a great looking resin trophy (I wanted crystal/glass, but beggars can't be choosers), so ended up going with the resin trophy. It turned out great and was ready for me by the next day. I also got some medals as well which they did a fine job adding the TA stickers (which is a great alternative to engraving). Thanks Colista for helping us out!!! Walk in middle of the day to get a trophy. They were helpful with the selection and the price felt super fair. The were also able to process it and I got my trophy in ten minutes. I had a small order - one trophy for a family event. We needed an engraved plate to commemorate the event. The stock was sufficiently adequate to meet our special requirements. Prices were fair.
