They never made me feel rushed and offered great suggestions. My pedicure was incredibly relaxing, and I really appreciated how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the salon was. They have plenty of chairs, making it a great spot for a girls' day or a larger group, but it's also perfect if you're coming in solo and just want to relax. Another huge plus is that I was able to get an appointment the very next day without having to book weeks in advance. This was my second visit, and it was just as great as the first. Thanks to my sister for scheduling an appointment at Pampr'd Soul! I saw Elia for a manicure (with Dazzle Dry Performance Polish) recently and had a five star experience. My mom and sister joined me and each had a mani/pedi and were super pleased. Not only is this salon conveniently located at Scottsdale and Shea, but it's clean, friendly and welcoming too. There is a cute retail area and some side rooms that I believe offer some additional services too. The employees are extremely detail oriented and take pride in their work. I've never had a manicure that looked this good, but I will share the caveat that it did take way longer than expected! It's also worth mentioning that Pampr'd Soul has working wifi which I find to be a huge pro... Yesterday, I visited Pampr'd Soul in Scottsdale for a last-minute manicure and pedicure and was grateful they fit me in. While the staff was kind, friendly and accommodating, the overall experience left me disappointed--especially considering I paid nearly $150. I called in last min to get my Gelx nails removed, a manicure and a Pedicure with gel polish. On the phone the person confirmed they could do both and I even asked if I can get them at the same time and she said no the same person would do it. When I came in they first told me they made a mistake and could not accommodate both, it felt like they wanted to get me in instead of giving the services I was inquiring. That's not fair to your customers, if you can't do it don't say yes, I was calling around and would have found a place who could give me the service I was asking. However when the technician started she did try to fit both services in. I wasn't asked or given any menu to choose anything from, nor was any price discussed with me. The technician, Kailove, decided on the pedicure& manicure service for me I guess (manicure wasn't even on the table as I found out it was just simple removal of Gelx and clean cuticles), and strongly promoted a polish brand called Dazzled as a better alternative to gel--saying it would last just as long, without chipping or peeling. Based on that, I agreed to try it. Unfortunately, within just a few hours the polish started lifting, and by the next morning, it was already chipping. This tells me one of two things: either the product doesn't perform as promised, or the application process wasn't done properly. Either way, it didn't deliver the gel-like results I was told to expect--it felt more like they were just pushing a product they carry. (You can see pics from yesterday a few hours after service how my nails look like!) In addition, because I was squeezed in last minute, after reviewing the services on their website I realized several of the "Self-Love" pedicure services I paid for were skipped. For my manicure, I'm not even sure which service they had charged me for! There was no hand massage, no extra treatments (only the Gelx removal and cuticle cut) , and the experience felt rushed. I understand time was limited, but in that case, I don't think it was fair to charge full price for a service that wasn't fully provided. Between the poor performance of the polish and the incomplete treatment, I left feeling like the value didn't match the price at all. read more

The technicians were perfect for them. Safe polish gentle and able hands. They use Dazzle Dry, a Gilbert , Arizona brand...astonishing quality of products and variety of treatments Pampr'd Soul offer. As the girls were getting their nails dazzled up. I discovered the room with a chair that gave full body stretch/compression/massages. That's right everyone reading this review. The luxury and comfort of getting therapeutic massage while waiting or combined with the other services. This place is a gem...very clean and open. Didn't feel like a sardine inside an acrylic cesspool. Everyone who worked there seemed happy to be there and had most welcoming vibes. Originally walked in to get some information about services, and noticed a private room with a massage chair inside. The owner was there and she set me up with a short session. Was not expecting a levitating and stretch/pull experience with Shiatsu feels. I'll never walk by those mall or Costco massage chairs again, and think they are a waste of time. They plain and simply aren't and now I'd love to have one in my home...thanks to this amazing experience at Pampr'd Soul. My nails look great and the foot massage was sooo nice. :-) It's a tad pricier than the salons I've been going to, but the staff is nice and they all speak English, which helps communicating needs. Despite me cancelling my membership on Vagaro and on my last appointment, I was still charged for an additional month. Please pay attention to your account and review charges as my cancellation request was ignored. In the picture you can see how damaged my skin got from the lady smoothing my nails with the gadget. I told her that it was burning me & that it hurt & she told me it didn't hurt, then tried it on herself showing me that it doesn't hurt. Clearly it was hurting with how it turned out below. I have cancelled my membership due to the salon changing their menu and no longer offering an express manicure. I've been getting a manicure every single week for over 23 years and this is the most expensive salon I've ever been to aside from a luxury spa at a resort hotel. I started my membership here when my nail tech moved here when Teres Nail Bar closed in 2020. I'm extremely loyal to my nail techs ... I've had four in those 23 years and the only time I stray is when I or they move or they are sick or on vacation. So it takes a huge issue for me to make a change. I had shifted to an express manicure because this salon is insanely overpriced for the quality of the products used. They stock it like a chop shop with the cheapest and most abrasive products I've ever seen, so I've always brought my own file, buffer, lotion etc. Most weeks I bring my own polish because they don't have extremely limited selection of classic reds in regular polish. A natural nail manicure simply shouldn't cost $30 plus tip absent primo products and a fantastic massage that melts your bones. That's simply not the case here. The nail techs I've used (Angie and Jimmy) are extremely nice and talented, but management has made an extremely bad management decision to charge primo prices but not give the nail techs the tools to justify those prices. read more

If you haven't been, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO for all things nails, toes, waxing, gift ideas, relaxation and a place to pamper your soul! The name hits spot on! Every time I go in, I'm greeted by the amazing people working there! I never have to wait for my appointment time (you know what time talking about when you go in and still have to wait 20-30 minutes to get your toes done - frustrating) but not here! They have a great selection of colors and I recently started using Dazzle Dry! If you haven't tried Dazzle Dry you are missing out! My toes were getting so bad (discolored, break easily etc) from the gel and other bad polish I had put on, embarrassing, I know... Since Dazzle Dry my nails are getting stronger and healthier.. and the best part? THEY LAST FOREVER!! My toes don't chip and I keep them for about a month or more! Yes!!! They have different services and even memberships for those that like to get pampered on the regular. Truly the best nail salon experience I've had! When I mention gift shop, they have a little boutique inside with the best gifts from bracelets, candles, scarves/clothing/sandals etc.. the best part about all the beautiful things is that you are supporting local artisans! Knowing you have a whole spa experience with waxing, lash tinting, pedicure and manicure (of course) all in one place.. truly makes this a great escape! Now because I know toes and nails are such a thing now.. have you seen their artwork? I heard she took her staff through a class to learn how to be expert nail artists so you never have to worry about a botched job! And that brings me to my last comment about this amazing place.. the owner. Already wanting to support local, it's a bonus to know this is a woman ran business! She not only rocks at making a great nail salon, but she goes the extra mile to make the experience amazing, the training amazing, the products amazing and that makes her amazing!! When you see someone who puts their heart and soul into their business you want to do everything to support it. And this is why I'm upset I didn't write a review sooner. I can't say enough amazing things about this salon and I hope it makes it! I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have been to a variety of salons...without hesitation I can say that Pampr'd Soul is the best one I have been to date. From the ease of booking an appointment, the friendliness of the staff and how beautifully decorated the salon is - you will not be disappointed. I booked a manicure & pedicure, which I usually do gel/shellac. However with the constant use of antibacterial hand sanitizer and wipes, I noticed that the gel was peeling off within a weeks time. My nail tech, Fancy (who really made the experience unforgettable) suggested the Dazzle Dry. It goes on like regular nail polish, no filing or destroying your nail bed, no light and your nails are dry in 5 minutes. It also is cheaper than the gel polish!! It's been a week and my nails still look like the day I got them done. If you are looking for a place to relax, get pampered and feel better - this is your place!
