I booked an appt online. When I arrived at 9am I was told there weas no record of the appt and they never book online. The receptionist sactually showed me the correspondence on the yelp app and then said if we asked for your phone number (which I gave them) but didnt call you then you dont have an appt? What? She did fit me in 2 hours later which meant most of my day was wasted. However, the technician Annie was absolutley amazing. She did an excellent job and was great. I've recently gone back after over 2 years and my brows needed a touch up but she did such an amazing job the first time they feel like they "aged" so well that I didn't know how long to go in between touch ups! My girlfriend and I have been doing a spoil ourselves week to prepare for a special occasion, wax, nails, lashes, brows. It's been a while since I've gotten my lashes done, I used to get fills in 2.5-3 weeks. This set lasted 2 days... thats just the beginning. This was our first time trying this salon and their website promotes $99 classic lashes for first time clients, which is an awesome deal when you're trying to find a tech! We went for it, paid a $30 deposit each, I added a lamination and tint since they had a promotion for that as an add on as well. The salon is beautiful and they have comfy beds that you will fall asleep in. When I got to look at my face I didn't love my eyebrows but the lashes were exactly as I asked. I have gotten these services before and ask for no tint on the inner end of the brow and to only focus on the arch of my brow, that didn't happen so they were blocky and quite messy on the tail ends .. my brows weren't even trimmed so the tint was the full length of my brow hair , I had to come home and clean that up.. my girlfriends lashes were beautiful she got a classic look but they were full looking, unfortunately her eyes had an allergic reaction to the adhesive which has happened only one other time but she has gotten her lashes many times as well but That's not the techs fault.. however when it came time to pay we were charged $150 each for our lashes .. I asked them about the first time client for $99 she said that this special didn't apply to all techs and we ended up with the highest charging techs available without checking if the was okay with us when we were scheduling and clearly stated we were first time clients and wanted a classic lash set. Then when we called the next day to ask if they could remove her lashes they said of course (for $40 more on top of the $100 we were basically overcharged). So out of the three services 1)Her lashes were gorgeous 2) my lashes were very pretty unfortunately only lasted 2 days. 50% fell while I washed my face for the first time after and then gradually kept falling. 3)my brows were horrible when I walked out of there .. they look better after I trimmed and removed some of the stain. read more

First few times I went it was good and the third time I requested the same girl I had been seeing and they switched me to someone else, she had an attitude off the bat and when she was done didn't show me the work so I didn't see my lashes until I got home and they were curled into my eyelid and fried. Mai Le did my brows about a year ago. I have 1 eyebrow that's a little lower than the other. She fixed it and made them look even! I went back today for my 1 year touch up. Walking in they still look so good & the color is an exact match to my natural eyebrows, but I still wanted to get them touched up just in case. The studio is beautiful & clean. Two years ago I had a consult with Mai to discuss my blotchy-patched old tattooing that was done back in 2010 by someone else. Mai suggested to me "instead of trying to keep adding to an already old problem, (filling/covering) the patches) that the best course of action is to remove everything and start fresh." Mai just completed eyelash liner, brows, lips and micro-needling on me. I am a dental hygienist by trade and very OCD and old school dental cleaning lady whose attention to detail is mandatory to all patients :-). When Mai finished up with me and I looked in the mirror there was not one, I mean zero corrections to be made. The eyeliner was even on both eyes and the same with the brows, the lips were the exact color I asked for... in other words, it was PERFECTION! In this day and time it's hard to find someone with this level of care, attention to detail, integrity and professionalism that will take the time to hear all your needs and feelings. I have had Mai do my eyebrow powdering for a couple of years now. She is excellent at her craft. The entire shop and staff are efficient and professional. Most recent visit Mai suggested we laser prior to powdering to remove remaining old color from Micro blading that was done years ago. I am extremely happy with the result. Don't get a lash lift here. My lash lift did absolutely nothing and now down $100. I even followed the after care instructions so there should be no reason why this turned out so bad. Don't get me wrong the tint is quite black but the whole treatment is for a lift... which is clearly not there. I left the salon yesterday confused because I was like well these aren't curled at all and I thought they would come up or something? I didn't know what to expect, but not this.
