I have been getting eyelash extensions for over five years, and I have never experienced damage…read morelike this. A few months ago, I booked an appointment online at this location, assuming that any technician assigned to me would be properly trained. Unfortunately, I left my appointment with the majority of my natural lashes glued together. I returned to have the issue corrected, but after the "fix," my lashes were even more stuck together than before. At that point, I was advised to have the extensions removed. What should have been a 30-minute removal took over an hour and a half because my lashes were so badly adhered together. During the removal, nearly half of my natural lashes were pulled out. I was then advised to take a break from lash extensions to allow my lashes to recover. Because I was outside of their 72-hour policy, the salon would not issue a refund. While I understood their policy, I decided to place my membership on hold, expecting my lashes to heal within a reasonable amount of time. It has now been over a month, and my lashes are still significantly damaged. When I called to discuss the situation, the manager informed me that because my membership had been placed on hold, I would now have to pay another $220 for a full set--even though I cannot safely get extensions because of the damage caused during my previous appointments. Had I known my natural lashes would be damaged for months due to poor application, I would have canceled my membership immediately. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, but after this experience, I cannot recommend them. They have taken no accountability for the damage caused, and the lack of concern for both the quality of their work and their customer service has been extremely disappointing

But even before the pandemic was even a thing, Hush Lash was always wiping down / sterilizing everything between clients, so those areas were not much of a concern for me. No qualms at all, especially since Wendy informed me of all the precautions taken & rules implemented when setting up my appointment. I have an autoimmune condition and feel comfortable going in for my lash fills - couple times already now. If there ever comes an appointment when I feel I may be going through a flare up, and more vulnerable, (not "sick"! I'm talking thyroid flare up) I do have a medical grade mask ready to use and I will just tell Lindsay, "no chit chat today". :) It is very obvious that Wendy & everyone at the studio is putting clients' well being first & foremost. From instructing anyone who enters to wash up, to sanitizing your credit card before handing it back to you. I understand wanting to cut costs, but the administrative side of the experience is too important to overlook.
