I've worked at tanning salon and done spray tans in the past- what she does is a craft. After my first experience with her i literally will go no where else !!! she is so skilled, takes her time- but efficiently and literally has everything you need!! She made me feel so comfortable. As I am not young nor in shape, she put me at ease and I felt good with the entire process. She's excellent at communication. Once the spray was complete she explained some tips for me to follow in addition to going over the after care which was based on my needs and skin. I cannot say enough how amazing she is. Her business is immaculately clean, she welcomed me at the door and even walked me out after. I feel like I could have a coffee and talk to her for hours. She's very calming, professional, curious and AMAZING at what she does. And her prices ? I would literally pay double for this quality of work. I will update my review with photos. The results are phenomenal!! I use the Groton location today and it doesn't even seem like it's owned by the same person. I know that it is, but, this location, really needs a visit from the owner. The receptionist did not seem very knowledgeable, and the flat top to the right of her had a half an inch of dust, dead bugs, and garbage lying on top of it. The room which I used, number six, had a rug that had debris on it and some staining. The standup bed had a hand rest that was too high for me to grasp. Afterwards, I noted that there was a small stepstool that was again, dirty, probably to stand on in order to hold onto the grass while you're tanning inside the bed. I really would urge the owner to come out and reassess staff as there's plenty of things they could be doing in their downtime. I recommend the Westerly branch for now. Sidenote, the bed was OK as far as tanning goes, it did its job.
