I asked if I should sign in on a sheet or anything and they said no: I pointed to a chair right outside and said I'd be sitting there. I set a timer and came back in when it went off. They acted as though they had never seen me and started service on 3 new people. Why did they tell me yo come back in 20 minutes if I'd need to wait an additional "who knows how long" to get served? I told them that they had just told me to come back in 20 minutes and they all looked at each other, speaking only in their language, and ignored me. They just lost a regular.
