I was told by one of the employees that they were having trouble with their laser machine and my appointment was changed twice due to the machine being repaired. I questioned why the laser was ice cold and I was told "a piece on the machine was replaced and when it's cold that means it's really working" that was a joke! I have zero improvement with my unwanted hair. I have a message m from the owner Jacquee who was super rude and I was very offended. From reading comments it appears she's reaching out to people behind the scenes when complaints are made. I told her as a business owner myself I would never be so callous and unprofessional especially when people such as myself is the reason her business is still around!
