Ciera gets the service done fast and leaves no trace behind. I really appreciate that from a wax center. I had a horrible experience years ago at another salon (Not European Wax Center) and the lady that did my wax took over an hour, not to mention she was getting some kind of weird kick out of me being in pain. I'm so grateful for the wax specialists here at European Wax Center, notably Ciera for always taking my appointments and getting me in and out quick. The ladies at the front desk are always very kind and get me checked out quickly. Always rebook for the next appointment. A day or two before my appointment they send me a text asking to confirm, which honestly has been really helpful considering there are times I don't know what my body is going to do and if I'll be able to get a wax done. So I'm grateful for them sending reminders. The room is always clean when I walk in. I know Ciera keeps her work Station sanitized before and after every guest. I have no doubts that she is a good employee. She definitely deserves recognition from this company, especially considering a lot of wax specialists come and go. She's been here for as long as I've been coming!

Full story; My sister and I arrived for our appointment time with a few minutes to spare. My sister ends up going back first and comes out two minutes later. Apparently her armpit hair was not long enough to be waxed, and my sister was very upset. Not only was her waxing specialist very rude, with no customer service, not even a hello, But in her confirmation email, there was no instruction on how long the hair needed to be in order to be waxed. Her specialist didn't make her feel welcomed at all. I end up waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen (and was only seen because I asked for anyone available). I ended up asking the receptionist if I could go to anybody else if somebody was available, especially since it sounded like I was not going to be seen for a while. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because Ashlie was phenomenal. She was so friendly and inviting, walked me through every step of the process, and was just overall phenomenal. There were apparently two staff available the entire time I was waiting for my appointment slot. I did not book with a specific stylist in mind, but waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time was ridiculous. Especially because the person who was going before me was not taken until my appointment slot.

Called and setup the appointment left my card on file to hold the appointment. Upon arrival the receptionist was very nice and friendly which started the relaxation process. When it was time to get changed they give you slippers and robe and show you to the locker room/changing room. There's showers, lockers, a toilet basic stuff but the lockers were clean. From there you go to 'the lounge' area as you wait for your massause to come. They provide light refreshments (water, coffee, tea, cheese and crackers) as you wait which was nice! Now the massage!!!!! Heated tables, warmed oil and a masseuse from the heavens. I told Lauren what my ailments were and she promptly went to work. It was fantastic! She hit even knot and pressure point and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the day. I would 100% go back again! The women who took over this shop are not understanding of not hollering/throwing people out of their salon because the person cancels an appointment. People cancel for many varous reasons. My one and only reason was to to lack of funds as their prices are not inexpensive, plus tipping others besides the person who styles your hair. However, I reschedule my appointment. As a new take-over business owners' must not scream/holler at customers when entering the salon for their hair appointment. Taking over that huge business, with all its help and other expenses is/was not a wise move.
