My 11 year old told me that Eric also told him to get up off the floor. My son was waiting for me to finish shopping. He also told my 9 year old not to touch the boxes who was also shopping for shoes. I asked to talk the manager at the cashier and I was surprised to see that he was the manager. I told him all the things above. He indeed apologized. Also the sign outside the door said $30 off every $120 which turned out to be inaccurate because NIKES were not included in the sale. All in all very unprofessional management; we were never offered help until we made a "mess". The staff who reported our mess was a young lady who also did not ask us if we needed help. I am usually drawn to the Strap-its, comfy pants and sweaters/shirts. I've also gotten some adorable accessories and light jackets in the past. There is almost always some sort of sale going on, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I always find myself chatting with the staff who make me feel welcome and are very knowledgeable about what the store has to sell. I like to make a point to stop by when I am in town, as I can pretty much always find something here. It is certainly worth the time to pop in and look around, you just might find something you like!
