I have a pocket full of winnings and we all decide to go into Coach to shop. Walking in, the greeter? Looks like my wife's aunt. She welcomes us to Coach and I said I have to hug you. She didn't understand at first but I hugged her hello. Once inside, I zero in on the Men's Sale section. I see a Coach Sweat Jacket that I'm going to wear on vacation in a few weeks. And it's on sale which makes everything all right in the Bill S world. If you like the Coach brand and seeing what you like on sale? It's a win win.

The customer service in the store was great, but no one has even reached out to refund me. I've tried calling the store twice and it goes right to voicemail. I'll stick to my local retailer that sells Vera Bradley products in the future.
