Complete malpractice from a waxer from a Brazilian by waxer Pricila I had here 2 months ago. I got this wax before my bachelorette and wanted to return before my wedding, but unfortunately this wax has created some of the worst pain and damage to the most tender and vulnerable part of my body, during one of the most important times of my life. Cannot stress enough how horrible and traumatic this experience has been. I have warned so many people about this place since the wax. Was really hoping it would heal by now, and I wouldn't have to write this, but unfortunately it's gotten worse by the day and I now have to seek professional medical treatment. I would love to know how to further report this waxer as she has done irreparable damage to my body when I wanted nothing more than to feel beautiful during my the end of my bridal era. Instead, my "Brazilian" area has ridiculously painful, unhealed wounds (internal and external) from a wax I got 2 months ago. Extremely negligent, unprofessional care, like she had zero idea what she was doing and had never waxed a human being before. I've been getting waxed for years and have never been treated like this, nor could I have ever imagined something like this happening to somebody. EWC, please reach out to me.

The center is cleaned regularly and will never hesitate to wipe anything down for your comfort. For accessibility the parking lot is shared with multiple businesses so the handicap parking is limited and it is the only convenient ramp to get on the sidewalk as you will have your go further down the sidewalk to avoid steps. The center is very bright and well lit too. Best tip: get the wax passes for those areas that grow really fast.

Frankie provided excellent customer service and did a great job. I also want to mention that Monica previously did an excellent job as a receptionist. She was always welcoming and made customers feel valued. If the goal is to encourage repeat business, I would recommend ensuring front desk staff greet customers warmly and avoid being on personal phones while guests are entering the business. A friendly first impression makes a big difference. The service from Frankie was the reason this visit ended on a positive note.

I have naturally dark hair with dark root touch-ups, and at that point it was a mix of orange, brassy highlights and multiple tones. Abby Lauren and Bobby explained that I basically had 3-4 different colors in my hair -- some highlights had been toned, others hadn't. Instead of lightening it further and risking more damage, they focused on restoring my hair's health. They added some beautiful money pieces, recommended an emergency treatment, and gave me a much-needed haircut. My hair had so much breakage it looked like a little rat tail, but the cut completely transformed it! After the treatment, my hair felt thicker, stronger, and healthier. Alyssa took time to share her experience before joining the practice and while she's been working with them. She answered all my questions and calmed all my fears. She explained there was a doctor on site at all times in case his expertise was needed or if there was a complication. She took photos of my face and explained exactly how the procedure would work. She gave me a sheet to take home with her recommendations and the expected cost for the work. Zero surprises! I look forward to booking my next appt since the consultation appt went so smoothly.
