I like my nails pretty short because they grow super fast, I have young kids, and it gives me the flexibility to wait a little longer between appointments if life gets busy. I got Dazzle Dry manicure and pedicure. She took her time with both services and gave me exactly what I wanted. Only think is I will say they are not super equipped to remove dip powder. I came in with an old dip manicure and luckily she was able to get it off because it was pretty thin - just be aware that you may want to try taking it off yourself before coming here. Overall, I thought my mani/pedi was fairly pricey for what I got, but that also included the cost to take off the gel. I'd recommend tho for sure!

I was annoyed as I've never in 20 years had a spa tell me they couldn't use my polish, but I said I'd go without polish and do it myself. Then they showed me to the tub, and I asked if they were going to put a liner in. She said they didn't need a liner because there was no pump. There were, however, a dozen places around the faucet and drain where bacteria could hide. So apparently they were worried about contamination from my polish but not their tub. I said no thanks, and she said they were going to charge me anyway because of their cancellation policy. It's not like I was keeping a tech from taking another client as the place was empty...not one client other than me. Anyway, no price is too high to avoid toenail fungus, so I walked away.

Having said that, every station is filled with customers, so they must be doing something right. The first time, I splurged and got the most expensive pedi. Stupid expensive but delightful. The ladies all speak decent English and seem very nice. Haven't we all felt like they were talking about us in their native language, lol? I didn't feel that in the 2 times I was here. They do a terrific job. They've been very accommodating both times seating us together (the 2nd time, there were 4 of us). The place is very clean and runs super efficiently. It has a front desk that kinda keeps things moving. They have a bazillion different types of polish and colors; it's almost overwhelming. They have what looks like a private party room in the back of the salon for bridal parties or bigger groups. I appreciate the huge TV's everywhere playing HGTV. So here's the skinny: come in and check in on the tablet. The chairs to wait in are to the right where all the polish colors are all over the table (I thought that was a party or something). They'll come get you when it's your appointment. The bathroom is in the back corner by the exit sign. I've avoided these types of places because it's hard to tell if the employees are treated and paid well. But this one is run like a well oiled machine. I got tired of my one-woman tech being slow and I ran out of things to talk to her about after all these years. It was like too much work. Here you can just sit in silence and they are done in a timely manner. I usually bring my own polish but I just picked one from their table. It's a little confusing what's what on the table but do your best lol. At the end,the tech gives you a ticket. I didn't know what to do with it or how to tip. There is a nail drying counter/fan but they don't tell you to go there so I didn't know. Next to it are foam sandals. I think you pay on the way out and tip there too. I'll be back with better expectations and feeling less intimidated. I'm glad they take appointments and foot callous removal is with a machine (that is new to me!)

I called ahead to check to see if they could get my daughters and I in on a Saturday. They said "sure! Come on in!" When we got here the owner recognized us from my call and was so sweet and welcoming. My girls just wanted gel manicures, but I wanted a pedicure. They have several to choose from, and I went with the hydrate and moisture pedi. She sold me on it when she said it came with hot stone massage. After picking my color I sat in one of their amazing massage chairs. Loved all the settings. But of course the best was the amazing leg massage with the hot stones! Get it! The salon is very clean and relaxing. Charming decor. Overall cozy feel. (I can't stand loud noisy nail salons) The technician who did my pedicure was excellent. She was very detailed and made sure I was enjoying and relaxing. The location is easy to get into. Plenty of parking.

Also, the finish of the polish is very dull for some reason (I've been getting gel both for my mani and pedis for years now and have never had this result). And I'm sure I could go back and ask to get it fixed but since it would mean that all the polish would have to be removed and then reapplied I'm not willing to make that kind of time for that. One time I visited and there were workers in the basement drilling through concrete, making my experience not so serene. What a class act this place is! They are so sweet there. You are their only priority.
