The center is cleaned regularly and will never hesitate to wipe anything down for your comfort. For accessibility the parking lot is shared with multiple businesses so the handicap parking is limited and it is the only convenient ramp to get on the sidewalk as you will have your go further down the sidewalk to avoid steps. Unfortunately, the service was not done properly. Multiple areas were missed, the technique was rough (including re-waxing the same sensitive area), and I left with significant irritation and bumps. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. I reached out afterward and was offered a "touch-up," but with the irritation I experienced, it didn't feel safe to continue. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected, and I'm really disappointed given the spa's previous reputation.
