I was looking for a good place to get my first Brazilian wax (I've had a bikini wax some place else but did not care so much for the service there and how it was done) and so I stumbled upon this place through yelp and saw all the reviews and how good they were and from the moment I called to make my appointment I was welcomed with such great customer service! After the call I felt a little more excited to get it done rather than nervous or scared for it she made me feel very comfortable and I hadn't even met her yet! On my appointment day ((today)) I came in and was very nicely greeted and what not and then taken to the room and so on. When it had come time for the actual Brazilian wax I was very comfortable and shocked at how I assumed it was going to be the most painful thing ever but it as actually rather easy to go through.(((I mean a little pain here and there but nothing bad where I couldn't handle it again))) During the whole wax she was very talkative and funny and it helped keep my mind off the fact that hair was being ripped out of me! Overall this is my first time getting a Brazilian ever and the first time I've been there but I will never look else where again because the prices are reasonable, the service is the great, it's really fast and she does a spectacular job on her job! Ok.. let's face it. Most of us have a fear of judgement. Someone all up close and personal with our privates removing hair seeing just about every detail there is to see. Tina is beyond incredible and respectful. I have never once felt like she ever looked at any part of me with any amount of critique. I am a licensed cosmetologist and my biggest concern with anyone waxing is double dipping. Tina has incredible technique and is extremely hygienic. You are safe in her care, not a single concern for contamination. I have been seeing her regularly for a few years now and cannot imagine having to go to anyone else. I've been getting my junk waxed for years & since I'm obviously part sasquatch, it's pretty painful & not my favorite thing to do. Well, I no longer cry quietly in my car before waxing appts out of sheer stress & fear of the anticipated pain I'm about to experience. Tina is AMAZING!! I felt very comfortable right from my first appointment. Tina's studio is in a private room in a private salon area of a fitness club. Theres a small waiting area where Tina comes to greet you. Tina's room is very cute and comfortable. Her decor was chic and peaceful. Tina herself made me feel comfortable right from the start. She was professional in every way. The place was clean. She took all necessary sanitary precautions. She was also considerate of my modesty. My eyebrows look awesome! She really knows how to shape them. Earlier today I got my first ever wax from Tina! I went with the Brazilian, and I love the results so far! She makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to.
