As a first timer getting a Brazilian Wax, I would have to say that this was a really smooth first time. First impression of Julie was of course a good one. She was very welcoming, approachable, and nice her station is super clean and sanitary. To me, it really felt like I was at a spa. She was very attentive and always made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. She definitely knew what she was doing! I know that people would feel uncomfortable having a conversation with the person who is waxing their lower part, but I didn't feel that way with Julie. The conversation made me not feel the pain in the sensitive areas, which I expected cause it's my first time and that area is delicate. I have been seeing Julie for facials (chemical peel/microdermabrasion) for a few months now and my skin has drastically improved. I have suffered with acne all of my teen years, with a brief healing point and then a return of it into my adult years. Julie's sugar hair removal is amazing! She has sugared my lips and eyebrows a couple of times and by the time I get in the car I am not even red where hair was removed. There is never wax residue that stays on and cakes makeup either! For the first time I had a Brazilian, and despite a small amount of anxiety, Julie was incredibly professional, attentive and friendly. She makes me feel at ease and very comfortable during her services. Not to mention, the sugaring down there was nothing to have been anxious about.
