However the new lobby is tiny and the chairs are not comfortable enough for delayed appointments.

The salon looks fabulous and tons more services are being offered. I have never had to complain about anything, but what I am going to say is a HUGE issue in my opinion. Yesterday I had a wonderful pedicure by Maddy. She was sweet and did a great job. However, the way the pedicure stations are setup is atrocious!!! The chair is swivel with a round base. Then the round pedicure bowl is on top of a huge platform. The round base of the chair doesn't allow the chair to come close to the platform. The nail tech on the other side has to reach forward in an awkward position to reach to give a pedicure. Here I am practically laying down in the chair (even with 2 pillows) and it was so uncomfortable that it was impossible to enjoy my pedicure.
