That's my preference when I have coffee, but I think most would actually benefit from asking for extra banana syrup. The coconut foam is also subtly sweet, and actually has a slight saltiness that helps the drink feel well-balanced. This drink was definitely a treat. They also have a great selection of pastries that range from standard croissants to less common flavors, like mango and ube.
