Good coffee. Tried the hot drip at the Campbell's Farmer's Market and it was good. Great staff.

This is legit always our first stop when we go to the Willow Glen Farmers Market--we enter and walk straight to their stall for the nitro cold brew. It might be the best in town. The owner asks if you want a little half & half, which we do, and carefully adds and stirs in the right amount before topping it off with a little more cold brew. They also offer flavored syrups for those interested. We usually stick with the cold brew as is cuz it's super smooth and strong, but a splash of vanilla here and there is always nice. Beans are available too as well as some baked goods and cold brew concentrate. So you can grab a drink to sip on while strolling the rest of the Farmers Market and take some beans home to get you through the week. read more

I really wanted to like the coffee here, but unfortunately it was wayyyy too bitter. I also got the hazelnut flavor, but you could still taste the bitterness, unfortunately. such a bummer since the people at the farmer's market stand were really nice and friendly. Definitely will make sure to go elsewhere next time around. Also quite pricey for the underwhelming coffee. read more

Carlos, the owner, knows a lot of coffee and the science behind it. I always learn a lot from chatting with him. Their coffee always comes out great. My current favorite is their Ethiopia, perfect for pour over, the after taste has strong citrus and apricot flavor. In the past, I also love their Sierra Azul, which is on the lighter roast side and also has strong fruity after taste. Carlos crafts water to brew the coffee he sells at the farmers market. Craft water + excellent beans explains why their drip coffee is so much better than what I found elsewhere. read more

Supernova is one of my favorite selections from Cosmic Coffee. This is such a smooth, full flavored blend. It's the only coffee I drink at home. My son loves it as much as I do!! My wife bought their vegan, gluten-free, egg-free muffins at the Campbell Farmer's Market and they were outstanding. I am allergic to all of that, so I test new food for reaction and there was none. This is by far my favorite roasters/beans. Every Sunday I stop by to taste their coffee at the Campbell Farmer's Market, where they sample every Sunday, along with sell their very freshly roasted beans and sell some pretty damn good gluten free cookies, muffins, (sometimes scones), and granola. Sadly, at the farmer's market they cannot sell cups of coffee (too much competition with the local shops- ARG) but they do offer small samples, which are delicious. Their cold brew is out of this world. Their beans are completely fresh and delicious, the regular or decaf beans. Bags of beans are reasonably priced - ranging from $12-15/bag. Have yet to visit their roastery but eventually I will! read more

I discovered Cosmic Coffee at Santa Clara Farmer's market. I initially bought a bottle cold press coffee. I was blown away. Ever since that I keep going back to them for the beans. And now it's a staple item in my house! The owner Carlos is very technical and he was explaining to customers about their beans and water they make! It is truly fascinating to hear about it! Had cold brew coffee from another coffee spot once and was looking to get some from a place closer to my home. I searched Yelp and found this spot. Sadly, they don't have a retail spot where one can go in, sit down and enjoy a cup or two. Good news, I read that they are at the Santa Clara Farmers Market every Saturday. Woohoo! Stopped by there one warm Saturday morning and tried out their version of the cold brewed coffee over ice. It was so good. I usually added a little sweet cream when I get coffee (hot or cold). Don't need to with this coffee. There is no bitter after taste. Bought a jug of it and was given a Cosmic Coffee shot glass for free to help me measure out the coffee for use at home. The staff that helped me were friendly and awesome. read more

I found this company at the Saratoga Village Farmer's Market. I purchased some of their Café Femenino coffee a few weeks ago, and it was great! It was a little expensive (I usually just buy the cheap, big name brands at the supermarket) but I could definitely taste the difference. And I was surprised by the background info they gave me about the Café Femenino Foundation, which is run by women in rural areas of Mexico and South America, and that a portion of the proceeds goes to programs dedicated to enriching the lives of the women and families in such communities. So whenever I can afford it, I'm going to pick up a pound. I'd rather spend more and have it go to a good cause than just put more money in the pockets of the big name brands. They also have something I had never tried before - concentrated coffee. It makes great iced coffee, which my boyfriend and I love, and for much cheaper than buying a cup of it at Starbucks. I'm also going to try using it in cooking! read more

This coffee is THE BEST! I was lucky to have met Carlos a couple of months back at the Thursday night farmers market at the Pruneyard. He gave us a sample of his freshly roasted coffee and we've been hooked ever since. Never bitter, always smooth and there is no need for sugar or soy/milk/creamer...it's just perfect black and I have never been a black coffee drinker before! We bought a Toddy, a cold brewing system, from him, too, and it's been the best way I've ever enjoyed coffee. read more

Fantastic! I passed the Cosmic Coffee Company every Sunday while at the Campbell Farmers Market. I usually pass it sipping my extremely bitter and overpriced Starbucks iced coffee. So a yelping I went and this place had amazing reviews so I figured why not. I passed Starbucks this morning and went straight to to their little booth run by the nicest ladies ever. I sampled the coffee concentrate and it was so good, seriously I could just drink it over ice without all the added stuff. It was $15 for the medium sized bottle, which I would imagine would last me a week and a half or two, not to mention stop me from settling and paying for gross coffee that really has no kick to it or even worse the coffee in my office. If you love coffee for sure check this place out. You will not be disappointed . read more

I am always on the lookout for something other than Peets. Saw the yelp reviews and decided to give them a try. I ordered the Supernova online. It's dark roast but not bitter and not acidic. Price wise is slightly cheaper than Peets. I think I found my new coffee supplier. read more

I love it!! I had been seeking good coffee which my favorite since I moved in this area. And finally I found it! They provide interesting products. Fx, the coffee concentrate"Dark Matter" is very useful. when I want to drink iced latte, I can get delicious latte if I have only milk and "Dark Matter" without coffee machine. Also I love decaf and Brazilian. they are high roasted so less acid taste. I take them several times.
