It was definitely not his fault and that was established. I called today and spoke with Octavia and she was able to fix everything. Turns out, even if there are still refills remaining, Walgreens policy is not to refill if the prescription is over 120 days!!! That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. The other problem is that they don't communicate this, they just don't fill it. When I called and spoke with the store manager about another issue, her response "You finally got your prescription so I don't know what you want me to do?"
