I had issues with my GE washing machine not draining properly. Reached out to another highly-rated…read morelocal repair service and they referred me to GoPro for faster service and availability. I received a phone call and visit to assess the issue later on the same day. Cornelius was professional, efficient, and provided helpful info. Short story: I had washed a load of older throw rugs, backing came off and totally compacted the intake and pump itself similar to a sand pile. Cornelius returned next day with the replacement pump part. The repair took less than 30 minutes and I was back in business catching up the laundry. (Verdict: Don't wash rugs in washer and risk having the backing coming off.) Also, side story: I had Cornelius look at my 2018 model GE stove and double oven combo while he was here, which went partially kaput after I had done a self-cleaning cycle. I figured the high heat had fried the appliance circuit board, but I'm no expert. He gave me an estimate for a repair which entailed replacement part, informed regarding the limited availability and high cost (no longer made) due to age of appliance, and also current comparable stoves to enable me to make the wisest decision for repair or replace. Much appreciated! (Verdict: Don't use the oven's self-cleaning option.) It's been over 2 weeks and all seems well with washer, so I've referred 3 more people for appliance repairs. I have no hesitation in utilizing this service again or recommending to my family and friends.

Tommy, I wanted let you know how much I appreciate your ability to think about the issue at hand…read moreand develop a plan to address it. You remain calm when issues come up and engage that wonderful ability to solve the problem. I hired Tommy to plumb my new pool heat pump. Looked like an easy enough job. The heater was leveled when we turned it on. However, the fan was hitting something causing a racket. We had to tilt the unit to a 30 degree angle for it to stop. Not good. I could not reach the company's support. I went inside to email them. When I came back out, Tommy had discovered the issue and fixed it. The issue was a manufacturing fault. I can get hyper when issues like this occur and he has a very calming effect on me. I highly recommend him. you receive value service at a fair price

I was having an issue with my samsung refridgerator. I looked up appliance repair and come across…read moreTommy Time decided to give him a call. So tommy time came out to the house looked at my fridgerator and his diagnois was a clogged evaparator coil He then informs me he doesnt have the training or the equipment to make the repair so i paid him his diagnostic fee of 75.00 dollars and he left. so i hired gopro appliance repair out of louisville and they came out and did their dianostics and came to the conclusion that i had a leak in the yoder loop that could not be repaired. So now i had to pay gopro 211.89 for their diagnotic and r600 A refill which was needed to make the diagnois My problem with tommmy time is i was never informed of his inability to be able to do repairs on a closed system until after his dianois which from the tech at gopro was wrong I then in return contacted tommy time and informed him that his diagnois was incorrect and by doing this it cost me an extra 211.89 which i ask if he would refund me the 75 dollars i paid him he responded and said no because it paid for his time and gas to come out well i understand it cost money to do business but it cost me 211.89 more because his diagnois was wrong so i guess what i am saying here is you might want to ask small reair men if they are fully qualified to do the complete job before they come out or should the guy at tommy time advise people of what he is qualified to do since he cannot do all the repairs needed

I called one company and had someone come out and look at it for a $59.00 service charge. I was told that it needed a new board and gas valve and they recommended I just get a new dryer which we cannot afford right now. I called AAA and explained what was going on but between the time of our conversation and appointment time, the drum quit turning at all. He came out, replaced the board, explained why it wouldn't turn, ordered the belt and returned the next day to replace it. My dryer now runs perfectly, it heats great and the timer works and I don't have to leave the door open! The other company called me back with the price of a new board and gas valve (which the dryer didn't need). It was double what AAA charged minus the service charge. I am very pleased with the service and price and AAA is who I will contact if I need other appliance repairs, hands down. I wish I had called him first and saved $59!

Don't do it. He charged $48.50 for the five minutes it took a multi-meter to diagnose the problem…read more He had two screws to remove (already had the back off of the dryer). Said it would be $94.50 to replace the heating element per labor, and $78 for the part!! It would have taken another five minutes to have replaced the part, which found on Amazon for $18.45. This unhealthy, unattractive, and arrogant person is a shameless ripoff artist, even to a neighbor six blocks away..
