I should have shopped around,there at least $152 more than the lowest price bin on a 3 yard . My wife did the checking and we found one for $199. I paid $353 for a 3 yard dumpster. My neighbor recommended I rent a dumpster for the overwhelming task of emptying my brother's house, and I found green dumpster online. Overall I would say this is an excellent service. It really made things easier and was better and cheaper for us than a junk pickup. We ended up filling the 3 yard dumpster in one day and asking them to come get it, and replace it with another. We got charged again but this was still cheaper than junk pick up. The three yard was good for us because we needed to move it back to the garage and then return it to the front again. My only criticism would be I think they need to invest in some new dumpsters, as the ones we got were clean but funky and the wheels kept getting stuck. We needed four of us to wrangle the full dumpsters back to the front. Other than that, fantastic! read more

Delivery driver was careful to put the dumpster on the side of the driveway we requested and made sure to secure it with the proper equipment so it didn't roll down (our driveway is on a bit of a slant). Responsive and accurate. Helpful on dumpster sizing. We filled TWO regular apartment sized (aka 3 yards) and have almost filled a ten foot long one (aka 9 cubic yards). They send emails and texts on timing. The cost seems fair. They kindly advised that we should consider STARTING with the 9 yard dumpster as it would be less than two smaller ones. I was hit with nearly $1,000 in unexpected extra charges that were never clearly disclosed upfront. When I tried to get clarification, the response was rude, dismissive, and impossible to work with. There was no transparency or accountability -- just pressure to pay. What's even more concerning is that I later discovered my calls/messages were being recorded without my consent. In California, this may be illegal, and at the very least it is highly unethical. Combined with the questionable billing, this raised serious trust issues. After 15 years of loyalty, I expected honesty and professionalism. Instead, I experienced shady billing practices and unacceptable conduct.
