Good stuff they had when I went today: The deluxe Crock-Pot with digital timer for less than $30. Ink Cartridges for my printer, 3 for $25. 6 jumbo rolls of TP for $3.50. I take these and other purchases to the register, and ask the cashier, "So how long have you guys been here?" He says 4 years. Really? I had no idea. I've driven past it countless times. Based on the merchandise in stock today, I would assume at least 75% comes from Costco. Don't expect to find anything in particular- Enjoy the unexpected. I'll be back soon.

They never showed up as promised and when contacted Conn's we didn't receive a reply until Thursday after contacting them again. Conn's replied that the delivery was never scheduled according to the rep that said they spoke to their manager and that was the answer that they received. Their manager allegedly notified corporate of the fail to schedule a delivery and failure to deliver as promised, but has now allegedly scheduled a delivery for Saturday 8/31/2019 Conn's delivery truck actually showed up unannounced on Friday morning 8/29/2019 with a washer & dryer. However, they delivered the wrong dryer, it wasn't the one we purchased. Now after calling again, we were told that we couldn't get the correct dryer until this incorrect dryer is returned back to the store/warehouse and my brother has to drive back to Memphis on Saturday to "reorder" a dryer and wait again for it to be delivered. When my friend called me to ask about alternatives, I confirmed from the Kroger app that they DO have it in stock! I called Customer Service, which brings the second issue. 2. It took nearly 15 MINUTES for someone to answer the ONLY phone number that Kroger posts on their website! The person who finally answered the phone was able to help my friend find the product, while the original "slacker" tried (but failed) to deny telling my friend that the product didn't exist in that store. Retail businesses should realize that both of these issues, especially when baked into the culture and DNA of the business, loses customer sales, diminishes revenue, and taints their reputation as being consumer-focused. To Kroger Management: While to too-busy or uncaring employees this might seem trivial, it amounts to a denial of service to a disabled customer. Even in the most favorable light, it is shameful.
