After she reads this, she might make me delete it, lol. Well, she could not decide between two shoes, so I reminded her that we do NOT have any more luggage space and I am NOT buying more luggages. We left without buying anything, whew. Atmosphere - Consistent with our San Leandro, CA Nike Outlet store. I will gladly pay the extra 3% sales tax to NOT carry back an extra pair of shoes. Plenty of parking, be safe. Service - N/A, not one sales person approached us for service. Price - N/A. This store was clean inside and had plenty of selection with good prices. We've been to Nike outlets and haven't seen great deals and selection like this clearance store. For example, I've been looking for women's AF1 white shoes and they had it here for $89.99, unlike the other stores that have it at regular price. We purchased 5 shoes and one apparel for less than $400 for 3 Jordans and 2 AF1. And they give military discount. The folks there were very helpful, friendly, and quick to find shoes in the back. Would definitely recommend this store. read more

We went there today. The shoes were a great deal, but we were most impressed by the service. The employees were so kind and eager to help. One lady went to the back for a different size in a shoe we liked. She offered without being prompted. Also, another employee did that for a pair of socks. Great customer service, especially for a discount store where that is usually not the case. read more

What a nice surprise! I found a few great deals tucked into this spot in Whitehaven. The store was well organized and neat! I didn't have anything special in mind when I went in. Always glad to stop by when theres a good sale. Staff usually helpful and friendly. Just be polite and nice. If you act like a jerk you may get a bit less help. Common sense. They get new shipments daily so you can walk in on Thursday and find items (SHOES!!) that weren't there earlier in the week. And there are times, usually Fri-Sunday, that they offer 30% off. Bought 10 pairs of shoes and bunch of clothes, young black male kept coming at me , I was done with shoes looking at women's clothes, he kept coming n asking me where are the boxes? I said I don't know. He came again told me to put boxes back on shelves I'm like we are checking out now, and I'm not even taking any boxes with me, I leave them in the store . I'm very upset that there isn't one closer to my hometown (rolls eyes). The selection is so extensive and the employees are so cheerful and helpful answering, every single question. If I say I was surprised by this sales they had it would be an understatement, they were sales on top of sales. Fortunately we came on today where there was a double sale, basically whatever the sales price that was already marked down was discounted down even further at the register by 30%. That's the craziest, lowest pricing that I've ever seen for quality name-brand shoes (in my life). We live back in Dallas Texas and there is a outlet with the similar name but it's 60 miles away so we are on the hunt for a nightly Nike Clearance outlet store close to us. It's great that memphis has a nike factory store (which, btw, is NOT to be confused with all of those nike factory/outlet stores they place in malls , like the one in opry mills, bc those prices are still insane). come here if you want good deals! Our prices here are cheaper than any of the other nikes i've been to. This is the 2nd best nike factory store in the state of TN. The first one being the one in lebanon on i40. I heard they tailor to your market, so the items you find here will be more "memphis"-tailored. but each outlet is different, since these items are all previous season's apparel. I LOVE this store! I can ALWAYS find a great pair of sneakers for an AMAZING sale price. To top that off, Nike also offers a military discount with my military ID card! The stores location ... well, it's not exactly the greatest of areas - I'll explain at the end. The store itself generally has good deals - at least on clothing and accessories. The deals you find on shoes is hit and miss. I'v seen deals that was mind blowing and other price tags I seen a lot cheaper at Finish Line. They have a large selection of shoes, and typically have a variety of sizes in stock. This store is always fairly busy, but if it's anywhere near a holiday best just clear your schedule because you will be standing in a long line for awhile. Location, Location, Location. The store is located in a little shopping center that is right off of Elvis Presley Blvd. If your not familiar with this area - its an area that you shouldn't be out and about by yourself - trust me, you'll see why once you get there. Also I wouldn't be out and about anywhere near this area after 5pm. There's a reason as to why there is always an armed Security Guard or a Police Officer at the entrance of this store. read more

I have been to this Nike clearance store for the last two weekends in a row. Yes the store is in a rough looking part of town but I was good with it. They have security which made me feel comfortable along with great deals ranging from 9.99- 29.99. There was a line but the line moves at a very good pace. The staff members were nice to me from the floor to checkout. I will return again. read more

I had been wanting to go here for a while and I'm glad I finally did! Warning: this neighborhood does not have the best reputation. I wouldn't go alone. The shoe selection is incredible - several different styles and colors to choose from. I must add that if you are going with the expectation to get assistance on what shoe would be best for you, you will be disappointed. If you are a smaller person, you won't find many options in clothing. Everything was sold out. My experience was exactly what I expected though. I got in, got what I wanted, and saved a TON of money! Don't waste your time. Everything about this store from the shopping center to the appearance to the merchandise is the worse.

Slightly intimidating that there needs to be security at this store, but for the most part shopping here was a pleasant experience. Prices weren't as good as I had hoped and it was overcrowded - can you limit how many people enter the store? Fire hazard, possibly? Good deals! I shop here everytime I visit Memphis. Each time I end up with several outfits. I love that the shoes for sale are the "cool" styles. I've been to several factory stores at different states and this had the best and hippest selection. Jordans for $40, airmax for $60, flynit for $80. All sorts of jackets and hoodies on sale too. The area though is a bit scketchy. It's close to Graceland. Not an area for strolling. Just get there. Park, shop and leave. read more

Never in my life have I seen Jordan brand apparel and shoes at such low prices. They also have plenty of Lebron James merchandise if you're into that kind of thing. Walked in this morning to a rack full of last years Lebron VI and thought heck yeah. The color scheme was what I wanted.....price $179.99.......really? My buddy bought the same pair of shoes 2-3 weeks ago for $99. They had a different color, but same shoe that was priced at $99. I asked the manager why the price difference so she scanned the box, yep $179.99. A male employee found it necessary to interject himself into the conversation and inform me that " the shoe I was wanting was more popular and they could sell them for $200.....this is a business" . I told the manager that the price was retail on the shoe and a store across the street had them for $169. Male employee with no hair then tells me " maybe you should buy them across the street" looks at me like I'm an idiot and walks off. By the way, they are not selling too many at $179.99 there were like 13 pairs on the shelf. I have spent a ton of money at that store, but not today and maybe not again. Yeah I'm mad because I really wanted the shoes at the same price that my buddy got them for, but I'm wicked pissed about smart mouth employee talking down to me like I'm stupid. Yes,I am a fan and cant give away all the secrets because I am clearance shopper and love to buy my winter stuff in the early spring.If your looking for bargains you might want to head to this place. I would go during the week because Friday and Saturday are too busy. You can always pick up a pair of shoes but it wont be any current models unless there is a large overflow. You can also sometimes pick up shoes that were made for other parts of the country and are sent her to be sold. If your lucky enough to be there on the right day.One better buy them because they wont be there the next you come by. read more
