I went in for a simple diagnostic because my iPad wouldn't turn on and I wasn't sure if it was the battery or the charging port. I specifically asked them to diagnose it and give me a call so I could decide if it was worth the repair or not since it's an old iPad. Instead, 4 days later I had to call twice and they hadn't even looked at it! 2 days later I called again and they told me they were just now opening it and they were replacing the battery and it would be $180. That was the whole point of me asking them to diagnose it first because the iPad isn't even worth that much and I wouldn't have bothered with it! They said they'd give me a call tomorrow when it's time to pick up. Well it's been 2 more days since then and I still haven't heard a single thing! Over a week with my iPad and not a single call from them. Had I known this I never would've bothered bringing it here. Absolutely horrible service and a total rip off because they're too stoned to listen to anything you're saying and then do whatever they want anyways. 0/10 will never be coming back here and very upset I even have to pay for this horrible service.

The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). He then replaced it in 15 minutes and assured me the rest of the phone was in good condition. He was very polite and knowledgeable throughout, and the battery came with a 1-month warranty. While the first technician was repairing the charging port, he asked whether I also wanted to replace the battery because he said it was not in good condition. He explained that since the phone was already open, he could replace the battery for less than the normal price. I agreed. After he finished, I checked the battery settings and the battery performance was still showing 65%, the same as before the replacement. I asked him about this, and he told me that it would improve to 100% within 24 hours. He also told me that if it did not improve, I should bring the phone back within two days and they would replace it again. Unfortunately, the battery continued to perform the same way after the repair. I wasn't able to return immediately because of personal circumstances, so I went back about a week later. There was a different technician working that day. I explained what had happened and told him what the first technician had told me about returning if the battery did not improve. The second technician told me that he was not as experienced or trained as the first technician and did not want to open the phone to work on the battery. I left without the battery issue being resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store for phone repair. I paid to have the battery replaced, but the battery performance remained at 65%, and when I returned to have the issue addressed, it was not resolved. I am also pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels regarding the charge.
