Filed a claim a month ago to get my phone fixed, have walked into this place 3 different times. The first time they said they didn't have the parts to fix it and that they would order them. The second time they said they didn't have enough time to fix it. The third time I come in they deleted my claim out of their system and marked it as complete when they haven't fixed my phone. Beyond disappointed in the service received at this location. Not only was the person that took my ipad beyond stoned and had no clue what he was doing. He sat there and made a joke about Hiroshima because so many people were walking in and it was "like a bomb went off in there". I went in for a simple diagnostic because my iPad wouldn't turn on and I wasn't sure if it was the battery or the charging port. I specifically asked them to diagnose it and give me a call so I could decide if it was worth the repair or not since it's an old iPad. Instead, 4 days later I had to call twice and they hadn't even looked at it! 2 days later I called again and they told me they were just now opening it and they were replacing the battery and it would be $180. That was the whole point of me asking them to diagnose it first because the iPad isn't even worth that much and I wouldn't have bothered with it! They said they'd give me a call tomorrow when it's time to pick up. Well it's been 2 more days since then and I still haven't heard a single thing! Over a week with my iPad and not a single call from them. Had I known this I never would've bothered bringing it here. Absolutely horrible service and a total rip off because they're too stoned to listen to anything you're saying and then do whatever they want anyways. 0/10 will never be coming back here and very upset I even have to pay for this horrible service. read more

I am so very disappointed in both the service and the lack of respect and honesty with which I was treated. I was told a new hard drive had to be ordered and, therefore, they had to keep the computer another four or five days. Then when that time had passed by two days I had to call them to see if my computer was ready. Was then told they had ordered another part without checking with me first. I was again given a time frame which passed without hearing from them. Again after two days I finally called to check on the status. I was again told it wasn't ready. Two days later I went to pick it up. This is when I was treated so disrespectfully. After waiting about 20 minutes the computer was slid across the counter at me with the message it couldn't be fixed. If that was the case, they could have told me 3 1/2 weeks earlier. When I got it home I discovered that the rubber feet and rubber protective strips on the back were missing. FYI, I took it elsewhere and it was fixed in less than 24 hours! I would highly recommend you avoid this place for repairs. read more

He helped me decide that due to the age and condition of these older computers,it would be best to replace. That told me he would rather see people with reliable devices than make a quick buck. brought in iPhone with cellular data issues. guy explained that probably due to SIM card and tray issues (sand at beach )which can be difficult to replace. he managed to pop open the SIM tray which had been stuck, cleaned it and the card, replaced them and all worked just fine. He seemed as delighted as I was that it was a simple fix. No charge I know it only took a few minutes, but he could have initially asked me to leave the phone with him as store was busy enough and I would have been none the wiser. Highly recommend and good to have somewhere that you can trust. read more

Customer service is everything. We were told it would be fix same week by mid week, not a word so after a week I went in they told me the iPad guy had been sick, I asked when it may be fixed they said they had no clue. I get it people get sick, but how about giving a phone call to let the customer know what's up ? Communication is everything and the fact I have to come to find out what up is slack on the business side. And the guy acting like he had no clue and didn't care when and if my iPad would get fixed? Used them several times replacing iphone screens with no problem. However, this last screen replacement they disconnected the camera by mistake during the repair. Took it home and didnt realize it till the next day. Took it back in and told me I couldnt prove they did it and refused to fix it. After 4 screen fixes (i have rowdy kids) they treat me like this? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I came in because my hinge broke on my computer. The guy "al" said that it would be here in 2-3 days and to come back then. I work from home so I waited until Friday (maybe 4-5 days) and he said it was still not in. Come in 1-3 days. I decided to call next Friday. STILL NOTHING. more than a month. A MONTH Later it finally came and I brought my computer in the fix. On the phone they tell me something happened to my screen and there is a little spot where some cleaner got under the screen and they would order the new one free of charge. Coming in I know to fix my hinge and replace it, it was not going to be a real Lenovo made hinge. it's so expensive. but the screen I didn't do that. The company, The employee fixing my computer damaged it. I ask what type of screen it is and the guy "al" says they outsourced it And that Lenovo doesn't make screens. I am a tech major I know that Lenovo doesn't actually make the screens. They work with other companies who sell quality screens to them which makes the Lenovo computer. Finally Al says yes yes it's essentially the computer screen from there. It's made for my computer. I go back home and my computer screen has not been glued on correctly. There is a nail still bulging out covered by the outside of the screen. I called back and they said when I come in to fix my screen they'll fix it to. I again ask to make sure it is a "Lenovo" screen. The call ends by (a different guy) saying that even though THEY damaged my perfectly fine screen they are not going to buy the actual screen because it is too expensive And he's just "not doing that". these people are also rude, do not care about your device just want to get it done quickly and make easy money. not only that but Al did not to admit they damaged my computer and it was until talking to the other guy, when he did admit they damaged my screen and they would not replace it with the original screen and in fact a cheaper, outsourced screen. read more

Absolutely do not send your phone into them to get it repaired. I have called several times to get a tracking number for the phone they repaired and sent back to me with no avail. The manager could not get the tracking number and said he would call me back when he found it. I did not receive a call back. Called 2 days later and they still cannot produce a tracking number. For all I know they may still have my phone. Absolutely terrible customer service. read more

They were good for the first time I got my phone fixed, but I recently fell and broke my phone and took it the next day to be repaired. After paying $211, my phone calibration was off so whenever I tried to text, it wouldn't tap on the correct letters. There is also a small green dot inside of the screen. It then began to give me a notification that said "cannot variety this is a genuine apple display" but I was told it would go away after a few weeks. THEN I woke up one morning and the screen was completely shattered just one week after it was fixed. It started to not allow me to use Snapchat, or even the flash at all. Whenever I FaceTime it's super slow and delayed and often goes black. I went in two days after I found it shattered and asked if there was anyway they could fix it because I was having so many problems and I was told I would have to pay again for a new screen because the warranty "doesn't cover physical damage."
