There were several people in line so I was prepared to wait. There was a white woman in line ahead of me we both waited about 20 minutes before being helped. The employee apologized to the white woman ahead of me for having to wait so long. When I got to the counter there was no apology or anything of the sort she was very haughty like I was bothering her. She didn't say hello I had to greet her only after I said thank you did she say anything. My money spends equally to the white woman's. I have been a long time customer and spends thousands of dollars in the store annually. I notice everything when spending my money words and attitudes.

Respectively, the receipt lists $6.64 (x2) and $4.74. This is potentially -$4 for me. The check-out was complete by 10:43:54. (The store seemed clean, and the associates seemed friendly). One of my main reasons for preferring the self-checkout is that my attention span stays neat and I generally spot discrepancies immediately. All of their self-checkouts were already, and disappointingly, disabled for the evening. This might read a bit dramatically for some; but I'm crying on the inside.

Called customer support again to be told "due to covid we have lack of staff and drivers but we can refund you and you can go inside the store to do your shopping" Honestly I get it covid has messed everyone up but if you can't do pickups or delivery's don't give estimated times. And if someone calls about their groceries don't give them the run around just be honest. If we had been told "honestly you'd be better off getting a refund we're really backed up" we wouldn't be so pissed.
