It seemed like everyone in the store was in the same boat - parents buying suits or tuxedos for a prom that was in a week or less. Every parent before me was was told to pick their suits up on Wednesday. I was told that I could pick up my son's tuxedo on Friday at 7 pm. This is less than 24 hours before the prom. I explained this and was told that it was prom season. I came in at 7 pm and my son's tuxedo isn't even finished. I asked if they dry cleaned and was informed by the seamstress that they don't steam or dry clean anything. I am beyond upset. Then the manager had the audacity to call the seamstress over and tell her that it's not her job to answer questions, to direct customers to him. When I found this place, I thought I would be a customer for life. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you're shopping a year out.

They also have some great gifts, like needlepoint belts, keychains, and flasks. There's a great selection of unique men's Auburn merchandise and gameday clothing, and lots of cool T-shirts. I've actually bought T-shirts there for myself, my dad, and my husband. The price point is high, but is reasonable for what they carry. It's more expensive than most department store clothes, but more unique styles and brands. Everything is the same price that you would find it in any other store that carries those brands. What I like best about The Locker Room is (1) their helpful staff, and (2) their sales and coupons. I would highly suggest joining their mailing list, especially if, like us, you live out of town but come to AU frequently to visit family or go to games. My husband and I frequently get notices about upcoming sales. When I went in this past weekend, they were having a great sale where everything in the store was at least 15% off, but lots of stuff was 35-50% off. We've also gotten a lot of coupons for something like $50 off $125 purchases. Not bad at all! I'm sure that my husband will continue to shop here and that I will continue to shop for him. When you buy something here, you know it's traditional with just an ounce of trendiness, which is basically the definition of southern men's style. P.S. They serve beer there!
