A few years ago I bought 2 beautifullll mirrors from here so this is my second time shopping with Bargain Warehouse and I'm reminded why I came back in the first place. I was in search of a mattress ASAP for my son and spoke with James on the phone who gave me great information. I came into the store shortly after and he helped me select a beautiful quality mattress within my budget. He was not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about the furniture. They are very reasonable in terms of pricing. They delivered it the next day and the two men who they sent were very professional and helpful (I forget their names but I believe they started with a J as well) and even after a long day of deliveries, still were kind enough to say yes when I asked if they could help me move something upstairs that I could not do on my own. I'm new here in S.A. and was so excited to be moving here, I stop on BWO to buy a bed and Sam was very helpful and professionam. Sorry I have to give you 3 stars because of the delivery guy stole my happiness with his attitude when I had to ask him to put my bed together. He huffed and puffed the entire time and left the rubbish behind when he was done. I was so shocked by his whole demeanor. I have an empty apartment and would have came back for more furniture but decided to pass because of the way I was treated by the delivery guy. read more

I really can't say enough good things about Bargain Warehouse Outlet. Being new in SA, I was unsure of where to purchase quality furniture at an affordable price- well this is the place! The sales girl was sweet and professional. One thing I hate is walking into a store and being followed by sales associates to pressure you into a sale. You wont experience that here. Sales associates are on the floor and available for questions, but don't helicopter you around. After showing interest in a beautiful bedroom set but explaining we were going back and forth between it and one set from Ashley Furniture, the sales associate brought out the owner to see if we could negotiate pricing. Sam, the owner, is not only professional but extremely knowledgeable. He went through pros and cons of each furniture set and gave us a great price on both sets (he has access to offer better pricing on Ashley Furniture and other large brand stores, which gave us confidence of unbiased opinions). He offers a discount and free delivery for military and teachers, which is always appreciated. Great experience and plan on returning to purchase more items we have seen elsewhere but want to take advantage of Bargain Warehouse's competitive pricing. all these people do is lie. how the hell you promise to install furniture and dont. i had a wall entertainment delived yesterday on 8-31-17. they dropped off the five boxes for it and said that they would be back tomorrow to put it together. well its 9-1-17 we call up to the store talk to robert again at 11am he told us that he didnt have any deliveries to do today so they would be here by 12pm to put it together. it is now 4:28pm and they still havent came nor called. everything they promised was all a lie. these people are crooks. now they saying that we have to install it ourselves when that wasn't our agreement. watch who you do business with read more

Do not bring your money here, the manager (Sam) will say anthing to make a sale. He sold my aunt USED furniture after he promised everything would be new. The furniture was in good condition but each piece was over $1,000 so of course, my aunt was upset that everything coming into the house was off the floor and had been sat on by who knows how many customers. My aunt was ready to send everything back when SAM called back only to lie more, after promising her new furniture would be sent to her home, and to temporarily hold on to the used items for one week, he is now pretending that conversation did not happen. He would not return my aunts phone calls, and was very rude to her when she went to speak to him in person. Please save yourself some trouble, do not bring your business here, this man will lie to you, and try to scam you. My aunt has returned everything, but this has been a huge waste of time for her, it seems like he was trying to push this used furniture on her with the hopes that she would simply forget about what he said and settle for used items. would give this place 0 stars if i could. read more
