Hello, to the THE RUG STORE! My experience there was so fantastic I don't even know what to say.... I know, I'll tell every detail of my shopping experience like I always do!So, my husband and I decided to buy some new rugs for our home.Anyway, driving around, we stumbled upon THE RUG STORE. They've got a lot of rugs! Within seconds of walking in we liked half a dozen rugs more than anything we'd seen before.We were left alone to browse for a while and then Bobby found us. We gave him some idea of what we were looking for and he began making suggestions. At no point did he ever try to up-sell us. Some of his suggestions were at the very lowest prices of the range we were looking in. His knowledge of rugs was impressive but his skill with colors was invaluable. My husband and I have accomplished a lot together, but we know where our weaknesses lie and color is definitely one of them. Once we told him what colors our living room was, Bobby had made some considering. He said he wanted us to have a rug that people would see in our home and ask us where we got it. Our own business has succeeded on word of mouth alone, so I can understand and respect this approach. Bobby made suggestions based on our input and colors and they were all in our price range; again, many of them were at the lowest end of our price range. If there is anything I can complain about, it is that there are too many rugs. It can be a little overwhelming. Anyway, my husband and I kept trying to look at the rugs ourselves to free up the staff to do other things, but all three of the staff there continued to help us the entire time we were there. The rugs we were looking at were in the $300 - $700 range.We narrowed it down to two very different styles, were having a hard time deciding and then we were told we could take as many rugs as we wanted home to try out for 24 hours and all we had to do was leave a credit card number. Our card was never charged. Thank goodness for this policy because we got the rugs home and HATED both of the designs (turns out rugs with patterns on them made us feel the room looked cluttered and we needed something more solid). Without taking the patterned rugs home, we never would have known we preferred a pattern less rug. We would have made a several hundred-dollar mistake if not for this awesome policy. The next day we took our two rugs back and signed out two more. All three of the staff was just as helpful on the second day. We loved both of the rugs we brought home the second day and it was a difficult decision. In the end we are thrilled with our new rug. The husband and I both love it equally so no one had to compromise. The quality is wonderful and we know it is unique, practically another piece of art in our home. read more

The Rug Store We were remodeling part of the upstairs-living room and dining room- and decided to have all of our 20+ year old Karastan rugs cleaned (3 large, 3 staircase landings, & 1 hall runner). After a recommendation from a friend, we chose The Rug Store and it is the best choice that we could have made. I did not realize that there are different methods of cleaning these rugs-the Rug Store actually washes them and then rinses them until the rinse water is clear and then they air dry them. They also repaired frayed edges and fringe. The rugs look as good as when we purchased them- even the heavy traffic rug at the back door/front door area. My wife could not believe the color restoration. By the way, the personnel are excellent (on time, courteous, and efficient). They picked the rugs up at our house, delivered them, and helped to lay several down. You cannot make a better choice for rug cleaning and repair. read more

We bought a rug and can't begin to tell you how happy we are with the entire experience. From the beginning Bobby and Chris welcomed us and took the time to not just answer our questions but also educate us on their rug's features and details. What I was most impressed with was their customer service. I asked many questions and each was answered completely and respectfully. Not only do they have a wide variety of choices and sizes but also for many different budgets. My in-laws had their rug cleaned here and it was amazing. I purchased a rug for my business and the product and service was incredible. The customer service from and Bobby and Chris was fantastic. I read the 1 star review from the guy complaining about the service and I can only guess he mistaking went to a different place and posted his rating in error. You have to visit this store! Their inventory is amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us figure out the perfect size for our living room and it complimented our sofa and decor beautifully. We're going back this weekend to get another rug for the dining room!
