I placed my order online (the fees and tax and tip made a $5 chai latte come to almost $9 though but I think that's just the area) and the woman working waited until I arrived to make it so that it wouldn't get cold. she was so quick though! and while I was waiting, I noticed some packaged French cookies that were vegan so I ended up grabbing some of those and they and the latte were both delicious! and the woman was very friendly and helpful.
