I was using this company for many years without problem until I had a situation with an aggressive…read moregroomer I had my dog removed from that groomers table and took the dog home reached out to the owner the owner gave me a free nail trim I was satisfied with the nail trim and thought our problems were behind us until September 30th I took my dog there again for the regular nail trim he doesn't like to have his nails trimmed so he is muzzled but I heard him scream like I've never heard him scream before today's day too he's just started to walk he has a terrible limp he hid under the bed the rest of the night I never had a problem with this company prior to the aggressive groomer incident so I gave it a second chance and now my dog is injured never trust a place that locks the door so you can't see what the groomers are doing I should have listened to my dog he told me the first time he didn't want to go back I'm going to see where I can post a video so you can all see how my dog is 48 hours after that grooming it's just heartbreaking I will no longer be using or recommending their services mind you the owner new that she had an aggressive groomer she said she's just loud and that's quite unsatisfactory after she yelled at me for taking my dog back from her table. I would definitely think twice before leaving my dog here Heartbroken client.

I was very pleased with how gentle the groomer was and how beautifully he trimmed my two dogs and clipped their nails without any stories about how squirmy and impatient my boy, Oscar, was! My girl-Prudence-has a lame hind leg which hurts her if lifted or handled the wrong way. The groomer was so gentle with and loving toward her. The fee is reasonable and they accept check, credit or Zelle and of course, cash. The mobile grooming van is not massive and fit perfectly in my parking spot. Since the new ownership took over, our experience has gone steadily downhill. Prior to this, we had…read morenever once had an issue with grooming--no matter how long our dog's hair had gotten, even after COVID, the groomers always managed to brush him out without any problems. Unfortunately, that level of care has completely changed. We've dealt with several poor grooming jobs under the new owners, but this last visit was the final straw. We received a text saying they needed to go shorter, and we agreed--but when we picked up our dog, he had been completely shaved down to the skin. Our dog is part Husky, a breed that should never be shaved, and any reputable groomer should know that. To make matters worse, he had a cut on his neck from how close they got to the skin. Not only was the grooming unacceptable, but the staff also refused to take any accountability. Rather than admitting they were uncomfortable grooming our dog, they chose to proceed--and take our money--at the expense of his well-being. I have added photos of what he should look like versus how he looked when we picked him up. I can no longer recommend this place. Since the change in ownership and grooming staff, the quality and care have drastically declined.

Prices are a bit outrageous considering the sloppy haircut and service level that was provided. The concept behind this business is incredible and convenient for busy folks like myself, however, given the messy job & multiple cuts, we will not be returning.
