They did a wonderful job with socializing her and starting her off on training. The facility itself is beautiful. It's very clean and well staffed. The walkers that came to us were wonderful. They respected our home, rules, and always treated our dogs like they were their own. Aylin was normally assigned to our pups. She would always send us great photos and updates from her 30 minute walks/ playdates with the dogs. She took the time to figure out what worked best for our two. The dogs, or The Cheesies as she called them, were always thrilled to see her. Our dog, Reggie, also went to daycare at their facility for a few weeks, but because of his dog reactivity/ easy overstimulation, we decided that utilizing their walking service would be better for him. I loved that they picked him up from home for us. Their services really helped us out and made us not have to worry about how we would get him to and from the facility. Reggie also received a bath/ blowout at their facility and he came back smelling great.

A follow up appointment was scheduled, on the day of the appointment, the office staff called and asked if I could give up my time slot for another family as they needed to euthanize their animal, which of course I did. No one ever called to reschedule. Fast foward, my dog has another ear infection and I called the vet to ask for a refill for the medication. I was first informed by an Office Manager, not the vet, that I would need to bring my dog back to determine if it was bacterial or yeast infection. Why would that matter since it was both last time and I was prescribed this medication? I asked to speak with a vet, someone who has medical training. I was informed someone would call me back. More than 24 hours later, no one had called. I called the office again and was informed the vet would call me back "in between appointments." Once the vet finally called back, she spit out the same rhetoric as the officer manager. I explained my dog was traumatized the first time and was not having the same procedure done twice in a two month period. Just looking to make money off poor suffering animals.

Since the new ownership took over, our experience has gone steadily downhill. Prior to this, we had…read morenever once had an issue with grooming--no matter how long our dog's hair had gotten, even after COVID, the groomers always managed to brush him out without any problems. Unfortunately, that level of care has completely changed. We've dealt with several poor grooming jobs under the new owners, but this last visit was the final straw. We received a text saying they needed to go shorter, and we agreed--but when we picked up our dog, he had been completely shaved down to the skin. Our dog is part Husky, a breed that should never be shaved, and any reputable groomer should know that. To make matters worse, he had a cut on his neck from how close they got to the skin. Not only was the grooming unacceptable, but the staff also refused to take any accountability. Rather than admitting they were uncomfortable grooming our dog, they chose to proceed--and take our money--at the expense of his well-being. I have added photos of what he should look like versus how he looked when we picked him up. I can no longer recommend this place. Since the change in ownership and grooming staff, the quality and care have drastically declined.
