The emails have been sent to multiple franchise branches and the main office based on the emails on the website, with no response. Additionally, there is no way to cancel the service in the online portal, which is unusual given "click-to-cancel" legislation currently under review. I now have to figure out how to get the recurring service cancelled without being billed. I would strongly warn any potential customer that this company....Poop 911....should not be signed up for as recurring service without engaging directly with a human first. ** Update Apr 30, 2026 - Was finally able to get a hold of someone and had the service cancelled. I have used them for the last year for pet waste removal after a horrible experience with a rival "claim to be" pooper scooper. I can't remember who that was because they never showed up or gave excuses. Matt's comes to our home weekly to take care of what I, frankly, don't have time to do. Time is money and when I drop coin I expect full-service. Matt and their crew are timely and do a thorough job to clean up the backyard. They are competitively priced, too, and based on the frequency and number of dogs. Not to mention their response time is always spot-on.
