I chose every two weeks and they came like clockwork. The one time they had to reschedule due to high school graduations, they came the very next morning first thing. They ask many questions about your pet's needs/routines/special quirks & take down notes. As for their comfort level with dogs - astounding! All 4 of our dogs are sweet little reactive nutcases with unique quirks/fears and they all took to Vince & Charish quite easily. They even accepted belly rubs! If anyone is nervous about leaving your pets under the care of someone else - you can put your mind at complete ease with them & actually enjoy your vacation. This is a whole different level than hiring a neighborhood teenager and simply hoping they remember to feed your pet (and even more importantly - to not forget them outside in the yard/allow them to slip out the front door when they leave!) However, after he left after the first 2 visits, there was still visible poop in the yard, he had not sprayed the deodorizer and sanitizer spray that he charged me extra for and then didn't show up or call to reschedule on the third week. He then tried to charge us for never showing up. My husband personally scooped that week (and we have video proof that he never showed). Last night he left a message on my voicemail that he would be there today and that we owed him for 2 weeks. My husband immediately called him back and let him know that we no longer wanted his services, and that we were not paying for last week as he didn't show up and didn't do anything since we'd done it ourselves. Today, as my husband was leaving to pick up our daughter from school, Sammy/Andy or whatever his name is was in our driveway and said that he was just leaving after cleaning our yard today. He told my husband that it was just a misunderstanding about last week, and that we could pay him for today and next week when he comes back next week. After getting home from picking my daughter up from school, and before letting our dogs out to go potty, my husband checked our back yard and found that nothing had been scooped/picked up. I called and of course, he sent me straight to voicemail. I sent him a text letting him know that his services were terminated effective immediately and that if he returns to our home, we will call and report him for trespassing. He immediately called me and left me a message: "Did you say terminated? That's a very sophisticated word for such a shallow brain." Stay away from this guy at all costs as he will just take your money for doing nothing and then try and insult you when you call him on it.

I can't remember who that was because they never showed up or gave excuses. Matt's comes to our home weekly to take care of what I, frankly, don't have time to do. Time is money and when I drop coin I expect full-service. Matt and their crew are timely and do a thorough job to clean up the backyard. They are competitively priced, too, and based on the frequency and number of dogs. Not to mention their response time is always spot-on. I know what day and time to unlock and lock my gate every week because they show up. If you are looking to hire the best contact them and check it off your list knowing it will get done.
