The minute we pulled into the parking lot they went nuts. They ran straight to the door, leash and all, we opened it and they went into the office and to the gate that led to the kennels. I don't know exactly why they liked it so much, but they sure did. Our dog was in his care when we were out of state and was lost for 3 days before we were able to fly home and (thankfully) locate him. The owner commented here that he couldn't find my name on the booking but it was under my husband's name and I would have hoped he would have remembered my dog as he was very much aware of the situation and we had "lost" photos of him all over the city. Shame.
