There was a dead skink in one tank, and an "armadillo lizard" (which I'm fairly sure was actually a uromastyx) and a bearded dragon living together which is never a good idea. Not to mention it looks and smells like none of the enclosures in there had been cleaned in ages. Poop everywhere, especially with the "breeding" crested geckos. I wonder if she even knows that uromastyx are vegetarian? I saw no greens, only bugs in that enclosure. I'm from Idaho, here visiting family. I breed bearded dragons and was considering giving her a business card if she ever wanted any quality dragons but seeing the poor conditions of he other animals made me sick. Please don't buy these poor animals. If they are given homes, it's should be for rescue!

Unlike the RUDE girl, Casey A who obviously has no clue and needs to go back to Idaho. Try going after cages have had their cleaning and you will find the store is like any other pet store. Do not compare it to the large franchise stores, compare it to real mom & pop stores. The owner is very willing to get the products that you need and does go out of her way. When I move back to the large cities, her customer service will be missed.

I've called ahead both times just to make sure the store was open and is always greeted kindly and the store was open per published hours. Great variety, wonderful knowledgeable owner and staff. All customers seemed happy. High quality fish. These goldfish graduated from a small goldfish bowl to having more friends added to the mix and being in a fun tank. I was educated on how to treat the water they are in because the stuff I bought on Amazon would not have sufficed. Great customer service and we will be back again. Shop local! Their love for animals made me so happy as well as their cleaning products being pet friendly which is something not everyone thinks about but it's very important for your fur babies! Our house after the deep clean was sparkling clean! I could almost see my reflection on our kitchen counters (which is cleaner now then when we bought the house). I did not realise how bad our sink was until they cleaned it and it looks brand new we were both so shocked!! Having a 75lb lab/collie mix he sheds alot of fur.....I mean...alot. even with just my hands I pick up a handful because he runs around house alot and it sheds off in his room. The family room(with dark purple couch in images) is my dogs room which ends up by the end if week being covered in fur and they were able to clean it up amazingly! They knew that my boyfriends family is coming to stay from states away for the holidays and their all allergic to cats. I have a cat that loves being on couch. Knowing that, they took every single cushion off and vacuumed all over and inbetween every crack of couch to get rid of the fur I appreciate it so so much! The dog was constantly licking and annoyed by it and it was down to raw skin. She also has a cut on her ear edge. This is inexcusable. They indicated she behaved herself during the process so it wasn't behavior related. I cannot recommend this place or take my dog back. My dog deserves better.

My family and I recently purchased two puppies almost three weeks ago. They both have ear mites and…read moreyeast infections , one has roundworm and the other Giardia. The puppies live two and a half hours away from each other. Each dog has diarrhea and tinges of blood in their stool. We were told that the puppies came from a breeder in Iowa (Sara Hulshof). The veterinarian that signed off is Cari Van Zewden. I'm starting to question both the breeder and store's practices. By the sounds of it, Giardia and roundworm (both are parasites) are challenging to treat and it's highly contagious. I feel awful for our puppies and don't want anyone else to receive sick dogs. We're struggling with the vagueness of the process and health of the animals. I hope that we didn't support a puppy mill.
