We have a 7 year-old Shepherd mix and a 13 year old schnauzer. I really worry about the older one, but he's healthy and happy when we pick them up. We board them together in the same room, the VIP suite, so stress is minimized. The staff is really nice and helpful. They are very accommodating when I call to book their stays. When I picked my poor dog up she was SHAVED AND HER FACE HAIR IS UNEVEN AND CHOPPY. I look at my poor dog and actually cry, it is so bad. I can NOT believe I had to pay for this hot mess. It will take months for it to grow out enough to fix. I have pictures to prove how bad this is.

Our dog was in his care when we were out of state and was lost for 3 days before we were able to fly home and (thankfully) locate him. The owner commented here that he couldn't find my name on the booking but it was under my husband's name and I would have hoped he would have remembered my dog as he was very much aware of the situation and we had "lost" photos of him all over the city.
