In that time we NEVER got an estimate so we thought they were coming back to look into it further/troubleshoot a problem and then give an estimate. Nope. They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something. Made a recommendation to replace it. They were out the next day with a new furnace. The installers were prompt, and very personable. We have a very hyper dog. He gave me a completely different assessment of the issue and asked me to shutdown the system so the house didn't catch fire or we didn't die of carbon monoxide poison! He then offered to run out and get some space heaters. We had Fletchers come out the next day and give us a price and do the install of a new system. If it weren't for their experienced and caring employees our house could have caught fire or we would have been ill/died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning! She couldn't explain the extra hour(s) billed nor much else. Asked for mgmt to call me back--never heard from them. I recommend you find your electrical contractor elsewhere--I'll never use or refer anyone to this company again.
