Looks like $675.00 per hour labor rate to me. First sent over someone who could not fix the problem and then had us wait two more days the send another tech. I knew I was being taken, but just spent more than 3 days without hot water. I have been a customer for more than 3 years and schedule maintenance services every year. Never been happy with their pricing, but this is the final straw. Will never use them again. Left a message for Mr. Pierce asking for an explanation of the charges before I wrote this review, but he did not even give me the courtesy of a return call.

They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something. He gave me a completely different assessment of the issue and asked me to shutdown the system so the house didn't catch fire or we didn't die of carbon monoxide poison! He then offered to run out and get some space heaters. We had Fletchers come out the next day and give us a price and do the install of a new system. If it weren't for their experienced and caring employees our house could have caught fire or we would have been ill/died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning!
