Mind you, we previously had a Belgian Mali mix and prior to that a German Shepherd -Husky mix. Hence, we are not unaware of the breed. We have a quiet household and when we went inside the store he got totally overwhelmed with all the stimulation. I get that. The trainer approached me and told me that he would probably do better with individual training sessions. Ok. She saw me struggling to contain him and offered NOTHING but criticism about what I was doing wrong. There is NO way I would ever return. Karen, the trainer, is not someone that I would trust, have confidence in nor want to help me train my dog.

I call about a month ago on a Friday, person on the phone stated she assist with the groomer who does the cats and would have her call me the upcoming Monday. No one never called so I waited till Wed. The lady who answered the phone said she was on the othef phone line with the groomer. She said she would wrote my phone number down and have her call me. NO call. Not the way to do business. I was never told of them having any issues with my cat. So my new found feline groomer is worth the drive to Greensboro. Polite and prompt to make contact. Thank God they deal with strictly felines for grooming and boarding! PURR Life!

I was leaving New Years Day. The afternoon of New Years Eve when we arrived at Mt Tabor I was told they were full and that someone had called me. Not so. I called to be sure everything was ok. Couldn't believe this. I was leaving the next day and suddenly had no care for my pet for the next month. This irresponsibility is so beyond my ability to process I wonder why they have stayed in business.

Twice my dog has been brought to me smelling of urine, with urine on the leash and harness. there was urine on his stomach and chest today, and I had to bathe him the last time I brought him because he stunk of urine (but I brushed it off because I didn't want to believe they'd give me my dog back like that) so bathing him again less than two weeks later is not going to be okay for his skin- and also he shouldnt have been laying in pee. for any reason. I also have two photos time stamped, showing a kennel torn apart and what looks like urine, still sitting there thirty minutes later. I e mailed them and was offered a bath for him, but I feel sick at the thought of leaving him there again. I'm so disappointed.
