This is the first time I've hired a groomer (let alone mobile groomer). I am watching a lab for 2+…read moreweeks and he needed his nails trimmed. I didn't want to take him to a pet store on my own. The Cuddle Cutz price was extremely affordable, the same as a pet store, and Cuddle Cutz was coming to my home on my schedule! I have a long haired cat and added a sanitary trim and paw trim to the dog's nail trim. This was also very affordable. The Cuddle Cutz team arrived a few minutes early and the dog and cat immediately ran up to greet them. The team have a very calm presence. Cuddle Cutz did the grooming in my downstairs bathroom. Both animals were comfortable in this space. Cuddle Cutz brought a portable grooming table, vacuum, broom, dustpan, and of course the "tackle box" of grooming supplies. Also treats! They were extremely fast and only took around 15 minutes for both animals. It was a very easy transaction and I will call them for any future grooming needs.

Couldn't believe this. I was leaving the next day and suddenly had no care for my pet for the next month. I've taken my dogs to emergency vets before and I know there is typically a wait time. The part they conveniently ignored was how souless the employees were. Not one single time did I receive sympathy from anyone- not even a "I'm so sorry this is happening." The tech who took my intake info was practically asleep, I couldn't even hear her for the most part. They had ZERO bedside manner. This is a vet...they're supposed to care about animals. The only reason I went here is because they have stellar reviews on Google, but Yelp tells a much different story. So I'm pretty sure they delete bad reviews. But Yelp doesn't allow that. The point is, I wouldn't have to leave this review if they showed even the slightest bit of empathy or sympathy. Do better.

Basically, my cat was scalped and looked more like ET than a lion!! I returned to the business the next week to talk over what had happenned. The groomer was very nice and apologetic. She offered me my money back. Also, the business itself, including the veterinary office does not have very many clients. That should have been a clue to me. I hate to write this bad review because the groomer is a nice person. I wish her well.

But the worse part of all of this was that Lori charged my credit card the total grooming charge the day BEFORE she even came to my house to perform the service. She also charged a 12% sales tax plus a 4.06 fee for using my credit card. I found this out from my credit card company after the fact. Also, six days before this, my credit card was charged a fee for Lori to check to see if my credit card was good. To me, this is very poor business practices and I will never recommend her service to anyone.

I do not bring in a stool sample for their check-ups, and the vet is fine with that. My last visit was in February with my 12 year old cat. They only did what I was there for, her annual physical and one shot. They did recommend blood tests, since she is an elderly cat, but they didn't push me to get them there and then. They just told me to schedule them when I could. The vets and techs I have dealt with through the years have always been nice and caring.
