Hello! so unfortunately how I found out about this establishment was the unprofessional owner herself! I was getting Starbucks from same plaze and seen a women hauling A** speeding going 35-40. from a good distance I asked her to roll her window down and I also remained in my car so I didn't look like a threat to her like she was a threat to everyone in the plaza. I let her know that this plaza is very popular and there is kids running from street to street 24/7. Anyone who knows this plaza will understand where I'm coming from. Her first response which caught me off guard since it had nothing to do with her speeding, but she said " I own this grooming store, idk what you're talking about!" my next response was "you could own the whole plaza i'm still gonna tell you not to put anyone's life in jeopardy!" The sad part is when I came and turned around to take pictures. I seen two dogs in kennels in her trunk so they were probably getting tossed like bags of potatoes. Then to the owner, who I know will see this if you were polite and held yourself accountable you actually would've got a lot of business from me. I work at a very popular pet store and we have people asking us if we know any great groomers in the area since we don't do that. This would've been possibly a great place to send our customers, but people also trust my opinion and now I will let them know to stay as far away from there! Finding a groomer with the skill and patience to scissor cut a bichon frise is next to impossible, and I'm so grateful we found one in our own neighborhood! I called to find out the cost for my pet and while giving the price I asked a simple question to find out if they have windows to see my puppy while job is done like another stores and the women got very upset and rude telling me if I want to see their job YOU should go there!, and don't keep calling here because this is a droop off and pick up. I don't understand why this makes her so upset is just a question so I said ok thank you and She hang up mad, questions are valid and I asked polite but She couldn't take a question don't be in the business The truth is that Beatrice has no customer service manners and has a very rude way to answer, when all She should need to do is answer in polite way, has her moody phone tone for customers, so just imagine what or how scary can She be for you pet to be handle by someone like her. Took my 10-month-old to get a grooming as we are away from home and away from our regular groomer in the Bay Area. First, be aware that the customer service from Betty if awful. Second, I realized my puppy had 2 cuts, which has never happened before with her regular groomer. My puppy was very matted, and I explained at the beginning that I had to take her to another groomer before this and they did not have time to cut her hair, they only did a trim. My puppy is a toy poodle which is hard to maintain, hence, therefore I have been taking her to get a regular grooming as soon as she got all her shots. Today I called to ask why I was not informed of her cuts. Betty in her rude way, stated that they usually do, but they must have not noticed. I also asked why she was so uneven, despite all her hair being cut off. She stated that this happens when with matted dogs like mine that have never been to a groomer. I never said this, and she tried to justify her cuts to this as well. Again, I did not say this; not sure how she misunderstood what I explained yesterday. I am also not upset at how short she was left, which is another thing this lady is trying to say. She texted me shorty after speaking with her, again trying to tell me why they cut her hair so short. UGH... I was okay with her hair being cut as short as it was and understood why it needed to be done. However, this lady did not have to be so awful when I called about her cuts and why she was so uneven. Is it that difficult to just explain why she was so uneven despite being as short as she was? And please when someone calls about their dog being cut, do not say it is not a big deal and this this happens at times. It is a big deal to me. The place is nice and clean, and I would have given it another star just for this, but the nasty attitude did it for me. read more

I rescued a 5 year old, 30 lb, Pomeranian mix. Since I've adopted my dog, he's seen 2 groomers, this would be his 3rd. Both of my groomers were booked out for the next month, so I made an appointment here. I read on their Google site that they have experience with anxious dogs, so I trusted them. Booking his appointment went smoothly and they had an opening for him within a week. I was impressed with their open availability. However, the service and pricing was upsetting. My partner dropped my dog off and warned them that he's a rescue dog and can get agitated easily. After warning the groomer, she acknowledged his statement and had him complete a liability consent form. When we went inside to pick him up, the groomer began questioning where I've taken my dog for past groomings. She went on to say that she can't believe I've never been warned about his aggressive behavior by other groomers. And that in the future, I have to warn her that my dog is aggressive. Though, as clearly stated above, my partner DID indeed warn her., and she acknowledged it. She charged me an aggression fee of $15, which totaled the service to $100. I was honestly shocked when she gave me that price because I've had a full service for $65 and I leave them a nice tip since I know he can be anxious. But I blame myself for being blindsided since I never asked for a quote ahead of time. She did a great job with his tail and face, but has some choppy parts on his legs and body. I'm not picky with cuts, so I don't mind the choppiness, and I assume the choppiness is due to my dog being antsy. But I am upset that she lied and claimed my partner didn't warn her. And had a rude attitude. I'm also surprised a muzzle wasn't put on him after the first sign of aggression, considering they claim to have much experience with anxious dogs. I guess I should have read the reviews below since another person had mentioned a similar experience. I would not recommend this business to people who have anxious dogs, and I suggest people ask for quotes and surprise fees. read more

My wife took her poodle to be groomed and was told that she was matted. She had two small areas on her leg and that was it. On top of the $65 rate they said it would be $1 per minute (additional) for the matting estimating 45min more. After declining the extra charges, the dog was complete in one hours time and all they did was bathed, blow dried, a little eye trim and nails for $45! The dogs hair is still long and now poofy! The absolute worse service in our 16 years as pet owners. Do not recommend at all. Not to mention they were very unprofessional and lacked in customer care. read more
