I've been here before everything was fine until this happened. I'm so upset they didn't tell me anything as a matter of fact they said he did good. I know accidents happen but they could have told me.

It was my first time taking my puppy (7 months old) to the groomer so I was really scared that she wouldn't get a good job done, Tangled was very knowledgeable about my questions and made me feel like they really know what they are doing, I dropped her off and picked her up a few hours later and OMG, she looks great!!!! I've gone to a pet salon and my cat looked really bald, but this lady was really friendly and made my cat have some hair left! They had friendly welcoming and gave my cat a lion cut. Excellent spot for getting your pet groomed. Very competitive prices and very caring staff. My Rottweiler Athena had a big issue getting her nails clipped and was scared of the blow dryer to no fault of the staff. They took extra time to wait till I could get there to hold her gently while they clip her nails and they let her air dry instead of using the dryer to keep her happy. Highly recommend is they care about the dog and are very patient. read more

Friendly, patient and just overall great with our fur babies! Mine gets very nervous but despite that, Tangled Tails manages to take care of my puppy and turns out absolutely stunning! They are very accommodating, I had to reschedule my appointment and they were able to get me in the next day! Service is excellent, they text to confirm and remind you of the appointment and when your furry friend is done. You tell them specifically what you want, show them pictures if you'd like to give them an idea and they make it happen! Thank you Tangled Tails for all of your hard work! read more

We've had really good experiences here, but getting an appointment sometimes can be challenging. It is a super cute grooming salon but it's a little tight with not a lot of room as soon as you enter. I'm also not too sure how they set their prices because we took our dog on the first groom there we paid about 65 for a full groom a month later they charged us 85 and the following month it was 90. Our dog is 20 pounds full grown poodle mix we keep him short so the pricing sometimes doesn't make sense. Great place just not consistent for me read more

So excited about Tangled Tails being in our shopping center. We were referred to them by our groomer that takes care of our pups when we are at our vacation home. Amanda was very helpful in accommodating the appointment day and time we needed. My dogs are cattle dogs and quirky. She handled them amazingly well and they were so beautiful when we picked them up! Ace is a white dog who gets pretty dirty working. He was nearly pure white and his coat was soft and well conditioned. His nails were also perfectly trimmed. Prices were very reasonable. Between Ruff House and Tangled Tails my pups are spoiled! Thank you Denise for a great referral! read more

We recently had to find a new groomer since ours was no longer serving were I lived. Very happy to report Daisy our black Goldendoodle came out looking BEAUTIFUL! When we got there Daisy was nervous and shy and the male groomer welcomed her and gave her a big hug as he carried her in. I loved that he was able to carry her because she loves being carried so it definitely brought her the comfort of being home. They were very reasonably priced too and she was done within two hours! So fast!! We will be repeat customers. read more

I have a senior, 16 year old, deaf Jack Russell. I tried to get a mobile groomer, I heard about Tangled Tails being new and experienced with mobile grooming. I was nervous to leave 'Maggie' at a groomer, but right at the door we were welcomed in and reassured that Maggie would be well taken care of, and she was, she came out looking 10 years younger, cute little cut and bows too. The store is clean, open and welcoming. Very nice and professional. I'd recommend Tangled Tails to anyone. read more

I'm so happy that I found Tangled Tails for my dogs. Amanda and Karen groomed my dogs and did an excellent job. I was disappointed at the last grooming place as they did not listen to anything I requested for my dogs. Karen used to work there and she always does excellent work. I found her again at Tangled Tails! Please stay there! Amanda was is a perfectionist and wanted to make sure that she would be grooming them as I requested. And she did! This is where I will go from here on as the groomers are friendly and the dogs look great. All of the tables were occupied by dogs, 5 or 6 tables and every dog looked fantastic. Just took my dog Coco Chihuahua had a very great experience very nice clean shop my dog was done in 30 minutes I live right down the street so it makes it very convenient for me I will highly recommend the shop to everyone there new in town try them out prices are very reasonable we definitely will be back read more

I have a Morkie that I have taken to 3 different groomers just to have them call me within 20 minutes to pick him up because the trimmers freak him out. This place not only was able to groom him but made him better then I've ever seen. read more

A small very personalized pet salon. Our regular groomer had an emergency in the family and had to close for a couple of weeks. Our pup was having surgery and really needed to be groomed before that. They took us in the next day and did an amazing job. read more
