Excellent customer service. One time when I was struggling to get my 100-pound Bouvier des Flandres to walk from the truck to the entrance, the groomer came out and helped me. I personally have not been to this grooming place but I will forever refuse to bring my fur baby here. I am very big on customer service and how a place answers there phones I called this place on a Saturday probably a busy day for this place but when I called a lady answered I simply asked if they did nail trimming there and with out hesitation & a rude manner she said "Yes but we don't have an appointment till tomorrow" I said okay without even saying bye or giving me a chance to say anything else she had hung up. Even if she was super busy she could have asked if I needed an appointment and asked to put me on hold or something other then hanging up and answering rudely. I had to take my dog somewhere else were they had great customer service and just a up beat attitude. To her response : stop having a bad attitude staff. have a good day. read more

Would not recommend this grooming service. Very expensive for always a choppy cut and rude service. We prefer our dog to be shorter for summer and it helps with his breathing when it's hot out. The owner Lisa stated that our 3yr old cocker spaniel is a "fat butterball" and should only be fed once daily. As a responsible pet parent I took him to our vet who in turn stated once a day feeding not necessary and that my dog would likely be starving if I did. He also gave my dog a clean bill of health. As a registered nurse I wouldn't give anyone advice on how to cut their hair..same difference Lisa don't give advice on what your clearly not educated enough to dole out recommendation on. My vet recommended filing a review/complaint against you with the BBB. Also your staff could learn some basic customer service skills..like saying 'good morning' and smiling once in awhile. I never write reviews but after my bad experience I feel should warn others. I had taken my dogs a couple times before with no problems but this last time one my dogs was injured and it was a traumatizing experience. When I showed up to pick him up, I asked Lisa how he did and she said he did fine (other than not liking the bath). She failed to tell me that she had cut his tongue and that he was bleeding. When I put on his collar to take him home, he started bleeding a lot, all over my hands! I got scared and asked her what happened. She finally told me that "she might of cut his tongue" and she was not apologetic nor did she offer a discount! I couldn't take him home because he was bleeding so much! He had to stay longer and they iced his tongue with ice cream which eventually stopped the bleeding. Needless to say, it was a very scary experience and I felt horrible that my dog had to go through this. I no longer take my dogs to get groomed at Animal House. read more

First Night bringing a surprise Kitten to my Girlfriend the little one was covered in fleas and ticks. She was clearly irritated and timid. I was not at all pleased with the service or friendliness of Lisa! I asked her to pluck the hair out of my babies ears and didn't do that just cut them off! She had beautiful long ears and for a poodle looked great. I guess I should have specified but didn't know I had to. Didn't even put her leash on her and kept her for 5 1/2 hours! Lisa has been great with our dogs every time they are groomed. One of my dogs used to be called difficult by other groomers, but Lisa always is great with him and he is able to get through the grooming process with less stress than anywhere else. Lisa has been the only one to groom my pit bull and has always taken the BEST care of her! My dog has not liked getting bathed and I know that I am leaving her in good hands when I drop her off!!
