How I managed to get away without being stung is beyond me. Tried to spray my dog down with cool wster to help, but the spraying wand was so short, all I could do was make it rain on my poor boy. Just devastating to have a great day ruined because there was no upkeep to keep the dogs safe. All it takes is a quick inspection once a week, and this could all be avoided. I will never bring my dog here again.

There are multiple playgrounds, a splash pad and basketball courts, plus tons of open green space. There is also a large area, shaded by beautiful oak trees. It's beautiful to see families make use of this neighborhood park. Great job, City of Clearwater!

Let me just say, it's also an AMAZING place to see the sunset. Due to the quarantine, the small parking lot (fits about 6 cars) was full, so people parked on the green Pasteur across the street. This parking lot is between Sunnydale Dr and Sunset Point Dr. It also has benches to sit on, and a sidewalk that goes well into Dunedin's Main Street. The tide was out, and we were one of three cars when we pulled in. I decided to see what was going on down by the water side. A guy was fishing, there were a lot of little crabs and I found a large painted rock down on the water's edge. I took some phots and then came up and decided to walk, because the park is not just that parking area, its all that edge water area. There are benches, there are palm trees. It's really just a nice area along Dunedin's water front that make this such a plesant area to be in.

The dog park itself has a water station, poop baggies, and a couple of benches. It is shielded in trees that provide plenty of shade. It is located on the corner of Gulf Ave and 93rd BLVD. There is an adjacent free parking lot. Both small and large breeds share the same area. Our furry buddy had a good'o time here.

Several of her family members and her five (5!) children. It is a beautiful place, well laid out, plenty of parking, gorgeous views and dedicated to all veterans, so a special meaning for me as a veteran. With beautiful, covered areas for grilling and eating, lots of paths for walking, jogging, and dog walking. A huge playground for children, which made for hours of fun for the kids. Plenty of parking all around the lake. A nice dock for feeding the ducks and fish, not sure if they allow fishing or not. A nice workout area with lots of different exercise equipment. Plenty of war memorials for veterans and families of veterans. Several areas of names of local veterans that served. And really nice and clean restrooms for after a couple bottles of water. Most impressive though was the placement of a combat jet lifted high in the air. A beautiful and thoroughly enjoyable park nestled right off a main road. Just watch the GPS carefully, it's a small road leading in. We missed it but the jet caught our attention and we turned about.
