Did she catch it there? We do not know, we do know that we did not drop her off sick. We have always enjoyed boarding our dogs here and felt that they were well taken care of every time. When I called to let them know about our girl's hospitalization today, we were treated very coldly and unfortunately had to cancel her next visit and when I asked for our deposit back was told because we were in a 14 day window that they could not refund us, which fine, but please understand, we would have taken her back had she not been sick. A little understanding would have been appreciated. I told someone this facility was worth every penny, but now I regret that because. Cause the phone call felt like a real "screw you"

The wound is still pretty fresh and sensitive to touch. Called to ask what happened but they just straight up claimed it didn't happen at their place, no apology or anything. I would have taken an apology, but they just brought out this "it's-your-words-against-mine-what-can-you-do" attitude. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: For full context, we dropped our dog at 9:00AM at the place and picked her up at 3:30PM, for a total of 6.5 hours. The owner is claiming that the wound does not look "fresh" enough to be caused by them. With a 6.5 hour window, I am not sure how "fresh" the wound have to be in order for the owner to start taking responsibilities. I know for a fact this happened at the business.
