I booked a ride (with baby seat) with LAT to Heathrow a few days in advance to catch a cross-Atlantic flight. Of course the number one concern of anyone booking such a trip is to get to the airport in time. And of course, the driver was a no show. Not only that, but someone called me 5 minutes *AFTER* the driver was supposed to show up to casually tell me the driver would be 1.5 hours late! When I asked why, they said they were stuck in traffic I would need to call the main office for more details. So I had to then call the main office and they when I asked them, the put me on hold for 20 minutes and told me I would have to wait another hour. When I told them that wasn't possible and could they please send a car sooner my plane is leaving soon, their answer was "in that case, I will mark that service was not be provided. *hangs up*". No apologies, no suggestions for an alternative, just the cold voice of a psychopath dispatcher figuring out that i was no longer a profitable customer so that he could now leave me hanging to dry after making me waste 30 extra minutes after the pickup time. Not only are they not reliable, but if they can't make it, they won't bother to let you know in advance, the driver won't call you, the dispatcher won't care and you will no longer be their problem. They are complete garbage, just go somewhere else.

When you are abroad and you book a car you presume it is confirmed as I had nothing telling me otherwise. When I proceeded to write and complain the owner was even more unreasonable. I am a regular traveller and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
